Poor
Location is good for a business trip because of the shopping mall crossing the street, and good restaurants nearby.
I’m very disappointed by the property and I want to be factual about my experience:
1. The AC was dripping on my head because it was placed under the bed, adjusting the fan didn’t work.
2. The mattress didn’t sit proper over the bed box under, every morning the mattress was dislodged 10-15cm to the side, and required careful movement to get up.
3. I saw a lil roach, in the bathroom, I really wanted to take a pic to post it here but when I was back it was gone.
4. The cleaning staff didn’t re-stock shampoo and soap in the 3 nights we stayed at the flat.
Overall, a very poor experience for the price they charge. There’s a clear lack of maintenance in the building, and the ratings on Booking, and the “4-stars” rating feel like a marketing scam.
If I hadn’t payed in advanced, I would definitely move out after the first night.

Location, parking lot e cleaning.
The beds were uncomfortable, and the mattress felt old; they urgently need to be replaced. The sauna was not working, and there was no prior notice about this issue. The swimming pool area felt unsafe for both adults and children. Additionally, the breakfast lacked bacon and eggs, which I consider a basic expectation. We visited during winter/autumn, and there was no heating system to warm the swimming pool water, making it unusable. Furthermore, the water on my floor (the 7th) was not hot enough, and it took a long time for hot water to reach the shower. Overall, I was very disappointed, as we deserved a much better experience for our stay.

Location and facilities around the business flat
Poor internet connection special for those needing to work online. The connection drops a lot and you need to input the id and password many times. Despite asking help they didn’t fix it. The maximum download speed was 3.8 Mbps and maximum speed upload was 1.8 Mbps. They need to improve the access and the velocity of the internet provided to customers.

It’s basically in the business district of Salvadore so not a lot happening after a certain time.

Disappointing
The size of the room
Bathroom smells very bad for some reason. The system in the toilet makes it impossible to was face end hands. Internet doesn’t work! That’s like everything for a person that is on a travet. The first word of the name is Business. How can you work online whit out internet nowadays? As a tourist is also very important. A hotel of this calibre should have a working internet! And when I read the reference about the hotel I can see I’m not the only one having this problem. The guy working in the hotel tells me that is like this in all the hotel.
I can here everything from outside the door. I even hear my neighbour go to the toilet!
Also the card to come inside the room didn’t work 2 times. I’m very disappointed!! Too expensive for this poor quality! I would never have chosen this place if I knew that internet was nonexistent!
Last but not least they wanted me to pay something from the fridge that I have not taken. I had to be very strict about that I haven’t touched anything from that fridge and they accepted. I hope now that they will not charge anything and take money from my account.

Easy check inn with friendly staff. We choose if for the location next to Salvador Shopping, a 1 minute walk. Slept well, good shower, internet worked well. Was a one night stat after arriving late at the airport. There are drinks in the refrigator and some snacks. After a good sleep took a taxi that was standing in front and went on with our travels.
No coffee in the room.
