Angela & Mauro were very friendly & helpful and made sure we were looked after. Great location in the historic area by many sights, a supermarket, good restaurants & bars. Everywhere felt very clean, the bed was comfortable & spacious, and the shower had good pressure & temperature. Good WiFi & nice breakfast. We would return to stay again.

WiFi is top,price is top,hot water,the boss of the owner brought me to the metro that was a nice thing
It's very dirty everywhere and nobody speaks english.very dark at night if nobody tells you where to turn on the lights in the corridor

The location is perfect, the open air on 2 levels is a rarity and the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. This has been my base in salvador for a few years now.

- I stayed twice in this hotel (because of the wifi) but on the second stay, water cut has been on a daily basis.

Because we stayed there during the corona-time, we were the only 2 guests. We loved the comfy balcony with the hammocks! :-) The host was very forthcoming after he let us enter 5 min after we made the booking (because another accommodation in Santa Teresa just cancelled our stay) and we could easily extend our stay. The location is great as well - we loved Santa Teresa, it's very close to Pelourinho and you can find a big supermarket that got everything just around the corner.
Unfortunately the kitchen wasn't very clean and pretty bad equipped. But I guess that was an exception after there was no cleaning stuff during corona-times.

Guests had access to filtered water which was nice after using so many plastic bottles in Brazil. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Very secure location with a nice upper terrace for chilling. Also very close to a full grocery store which also serves coffee, fresh juices and hot sandwiches.
It was a little bit of a walk from Pelourinho, but a good amount of exercise to get there.

Friendly stuff, working internet, working (noisy) fan. Good location (supermarket, downtown) and tips from stuff. Stylish furniture. Open space and friendly guests
Line for a shower, couldn't close the window so I heard street noise whole night. Entrance lock is a nightmare, it takes a lot of efforts to open the door.
