The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is good; we could go to restaurants by foot in the evening and visit Pelourinho during the day. We had a nice balcony with a view of Pelourinho - unfortunately we couldn't enjoy that a lot, since it was way too hot and humid and we had to be inside with the airco on. The breakfast is small and simple, but cozy and with a nice touch; we could order tapiocas and other things.
The bed was too small and very uncomfortable; you see a hump on one side and on the other side there was metal sticks coming out, which was very dangerous and I scratched myself twice. We got the room with a bathtub, but it was way too small. My partner could barely fit by himself (1.85m), and the bathroom was very small, so you would get extremely hot and claustrophobic in the bathtub. There was no added value in paying for a room with the bathtub.

Very good location. Breakfast was good, nothing special. Comfortable bed, great AC. Great staff, very friendly and prompt to help. For a couple of nights, it was a great stay.

Overpriced. Poor facilities in the room - when you use the water tap its like having a shower, old furniture and overall a small room for the price weve paid

The location was great, especially considering all activities happening in the Pelourinho area throughout January. Hotel staffer Sandra was friendly and proactive in making suggestions for things to do around Salvador.

Great location and excellent staff! Cannot overstate how lovely and useful the staff were, particularly Abigail and Sandra.
We stayed here twice. The first time we were in a room where the shower only had cold water, the tap blasted, and the toilet seat would not stay up. The rooms were also poorly soundproofed. The second room was much better and had warm water and comfortable beds.

Bedroom 3 was small, tiny little bed and the smallest bathroom ever, so small that taking a shower was very challenging due to the space

Don't use the washing service in the neighborhood. It's extremely expensive and they didn't warn us.

The location was perfect. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was served with different dishes each day and one can feel like you are taken cared of at home.
Rooms are too tight for two people. We had a problem with the bathroom.which was never fixed until our departure. Difficult to carry big bags with no lift.
