The location .
I am reviewing my stay not the hotel itself. When I arrived I was informed hotel was under renovation , with works starting 9 am to 18hrs . It was not disclaimed on booking.com ! Everyday the works started 8:15 with banging , noises and all “pleasant” bonuses that comes with it. It was a living nightmare ! One day I arrived 4pm from the beach and room had not been serviced . To sum up : I detested this place and will never come back

Excellent location right on the ocean, near many great restaurants. In-house restaurant had great breakfast buffet, and dinner had excellent food and wine options.
Check in and out process is a little slow.

Great location in Rio Vermelho - we walked into town a few times, or we were able to get an Uber easily to other parts of the city. We had wonderful massages at the spa, but we didn't spend too much time by the pool! There's a view of a small beach which was pretty but probably not swimmable. The breakfast was great.
There was some kind of conference happening while we were there, and it was right next to the pool and spa (you have to literally walk past meeting rooms to get to the spa) which felt like a strange layout choice - I felt weird in my bathing suit or after my massage walking past large groups of people in suits.

I will not recommend your place!
I was already staying in the hotel and I asked to extend my stay for 2 more days way ahead of time and your facility personnel was not very helpful assisting me with finding another hotel, left me/kick me out "I was home less".
Nor a very good experience!

Te location was very nice and the swimming pool too.
There were constant issues with communication, as only a few staff members spoke English (and they weren’t always available). Most of the team spoke only their local language.
We also ended up paying more than what was indicated on Booking.com. Despite what was stated, half board was apparently not included.
We had to argue for three days before they finally agreed to include one dinner dish (without water or any drinks).

The location is excellent, and the pool overlooking the sea is marvellous. The kitchen and pool staff are friendly and attentive.
We had booked an expensive room with a sea view. Upon arrival, we were placed in a terrible room that was humid and full of leaks with water dripping from the ceiling. When asked, the frontdesk and service personell refused to admit there was a problem with the room. It took us a lot of arguing and forceful words to get a better room. It appears that the frontdesk was aware the room was leaky and humid, but gave us the room anyway. Terrible service by the frontdesk and the service personell.

The location of hotel was excellent.
It was difficult to navigate service because there were no English instructions or staff did speak English.
Could not find information for food menu or spa services due to language barrier.
I wished I knew some Portuguese.

The hotel meets expectations based on what it advertises, but the service left much to be desired. The reception staff only handled the basics and were not helpful with any requests beyond check-in and check-out.
Room service was fine for the first two days, but on one occasion, my order never arrived. When I called to check, I was told there had been a system issue, and all orders had been lost. It was very frustrating and poorly handled.
