Great price and location, excellent sleep quality with no street noise at all.

Location very good, food (room service and breakfast at the restaurant) is very good, staff is very friendly.
The mattress is not that comfortable and the twin bed is really thin.

The swimming pool is cold, but it's awesome! They have a 25-meter swim lane, which is virtually impossible to find for the price I paid. In addition, it's on the roof, probably 20 stories high, and the view is spectacular. They should advertise this pool more as it would likely attract more people, particularly swimmers.
My room, like the pool area, had a spectacular view of the city.
The staff was very friendly, particularly the people who served the breakfast.
The room was spacious, but not laid out well electrically. There was only one wall outlet near the bed, but even it didn't work well, as whatever was plugged in eventually fell out.
Although the breakfast staff was super friendly, the choices were limited for what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
As a "four-star" hotel, I expected a place to eat meals besides breakfast, but there was none. You can order room service, which I think comes from a nearby restaurant. There also wasn't a canteen or little store to buy snack and convenience items.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, although no one spoke English. Had to use translator on my phone. The room was clean, spacious and the air-conditioning worked really well. Breakfast, although limited, was better than expected. Very close to a shopping mall.
Internet was poor and at times non existent, especially evenings. Struggled to download things in needed for work, so had to purchase e-sim for better Wi-Fi.

The room has a wide space, bigger than I expected, with a an amazing view. The staff for breakfast was especially polite and kind! The location is in a great spot, where I was able to do some staff by foot.
Altough the air conditioner was flooding all the room and the price is a little overrated!

The property was in excellent location for shopping and bus station . We really enjoy our stay with an excellent breakfast.
I believe an improvement would be to add more air conditioning to elevators and breakfast area.

Pool was nice
Internet was medocre at best. 90% of time didn’t work. Asked for late check out , hotel wasn’t full, they refused, even 1 hour, with out paying 1/2 day rate.
