The bathroom is not confortable due to the way the door opens, and also it wastes too much water till it gets warm enough for showering.

The location is amazing. The reception staff is excellent.
Room service is very pooor. The wardrobe is very basic, old and needs repair. The breakfast is also basic and for someone staying more than two weeks...there is very little to choose from. You end up eating the same stuff everyday

The property is old but still functional . The AC is brand new .
The security deposit are not working so the cleaning staff has access to all of your stuff when you are not there .

Staff was very kind, from the beginning to the end. They even helped me with some issues with my laptop and they offered a welcome drink the first night. Food was also quite good (both breakfast and dinner a la carte).
The room and facilities were definitely “old-fashioned” and would need some refreshment.

It is not a 4 stars is barely a 2 star very limited service rooms are very basic, no blankets just sheets on the bed. No closets just an armory .

The staff was very respectful and supportive. They really did their best to help and accommodate. Th food was good and the kitchen staff very friendly. Thanks to all of them. They made my trip unforgettable.

terrific breakfast and very helpful staff. jao pablo spent a long time trying to help me get a local Sim card to work. It was very kind.
Location was far from my interests in Salvador. Mean elevator was not working and was tiring for me too walk up for flights of stairs in the heat. The air conditioning in my room also did not work, only the fan.

the staff was so nice and helpful, and the internet was really fast. breakfast was also a high point.
the rooms are very run down and not clean enough. I found several bugs and spiders around the room. I asked three times to switch the room, and it was not possible. This does not look like a 4-star hotel as advertised, but a 2+ star. It doesn't have a swimming pool nor a gym facilities. Your money doesn't pay that much.

Large bed. TV ok. Breakfast ok but not many 'local' products.
Elevator was not working for an entire day.
The WC or shower was leaking meaning water on bathroom floor, we flagged immediately they gave us towels and said someone would be coming to check the next day, never happened.
Hotel in front of the ocean but not many restaurants around or anything to see really by foot.
Old style for room deco and furniture.
