Literally nothing, it was horrible.
Everything -walls were moldy -no sheets -pillow cases and bed linen was stained and ripped to shreds -bugs all over the room -rude receptionist -address listed turned out to be wrong and had to be guided to a building about 5 minutes away in the middle of the night -disgusting smell -no door between the bathroom and bedroom -towels were stained and had holes in them from excessive use -probably the worst place I’ve stayed in my entire life avoid at all costs stay litterally anywhere else

The location is very convenient as it's within a walking distance from the bus and metro stations. The room is small but affordable.
There was no hot shower and there were no blankets available.

Free coffee. People at the reception quite nice and friendly, even if we checked in at 1 AM. The place is very popular for couples going there, which made the place loud at all the hours, but that adds a bit to the charm.
When the light in the room was first time turned on, about 7-8 bugs started running towards different directions. This image is going to stay for a while in my mind. Because of the bugs, we decided to sleep with the light on. Being quite hot outside and with the light on, I decided is not a good idea to have the window open, in order to prevent other bugs / flies from coming in, but better to start the ventilator, which made huge noise. It was basically impossible to sleep there. Moreover, the bedding looked washed, but there with stains all over it. We preferred to put our own clothes on the bed and use our own towels. The driver knew the place so he drove us directly there, unfortunately he mistaken with another hotel with similar name that is 3 minutes walking distance away, on the main road. This 3 minutes at night, can be really scary, especially if you are a couple carrying luggage. The hotel entrance has metallic bars as a an entry that is locked at night.

Good location, all facilities in place.
The hotel never answers any messages or requests - was impossible to change the date, though it was guaranteed by the booking conditions. Fixed everything on the spot though.

Nothing was good at all.
Its a motell, not hotell. I stayed for a week. There was nothing to change the sheet. No bag for toilet paper, not much toilet paper, so I had to buy more myself. They didn't clean my room for the whole trip!!! The shower was broken and cold. All the water got on the wall. The windows were broken, so I could not close the window for the night. The window was always open. It was so hot in the room that I could barely sleep at night. They didn't shut the light down, so it was light in the hallway all night. And the staff.. omg. One of the ladies working in the reception was so cranky and sour every day that she made other people not feel welcome. And they don't offer breakfast ?
