Most people working at breakfast or Dinner were pleasant.
However, the selection for breakfast was limited.
I was sad every morning when I went for breakfast.
One had to be creative to find something healthy to eat among the undesirable food being displayed.
I was a bit upset and frustrated when I requested to check out two hours later and was denied.
Especially after I had stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.
And I did not require any cleaning or any other assistance at all.
It seems a normal routine for them to tell you that they are fully booked, and you know they are not telling the truth.
However, if you offer to pay for those two extra hours, they will find a way to accommodate you.
I wish I didn't have to stay in a hotel like this one, but when they are located near the area where you have to be, you have no other alternative. It sucks, though.

Cozy, and the water hose in the toilet was extremely convenient. It’s should be three star hotel, but the staff is nice.
dont expect that staff speak English. Internet is not always reliable. Biggest shock is I thought the water was complimentary, because it was a cheap brand, usually branded water cost money.

Staff helpful and location near to beach, supermarket and the conference centre was good.
Rooms grey and dated. No light by bed. Towels and curtains grey. Felt I needed to clean the room. Bathroom smelt. Wiring seemed old with surface wires - not sure all safe. Balcony not suitable for use.

Poor WiFi and the bedrooms need to be upgraded/refurbished. Swimming pool is too small and not filtered/cleaned automatically.

Super friendly staff..good location overlooking the beach..attractive price/value
The rooms were decent but the common areas including pool and restaurant need renovation..it carries 4 stars but right now it feels like 3 star hotel (although that is reflected in the reasonable price)

Everything is very old and it shows, including room equipment. We arrived at 21:50 after full day of travel and couldn’t get any food. The room service is “24 hrs” but no food available. The breakfast is not amazing

The localization is awesome, the room is clean and the bed is excellent.
The elevator isn't working during all time. We had to use the service elevator, which has very unpleasant...

Very spacious room and clean. Breakfast was very good and all staff members were very professional and kind. The hotel food and drinks were above the expectations. Would recommend.
Could use more shadow (umbrellas) by the swimming pool.

Very friendly staff, nice options for breakfast. Nice and spacious room.
Poor wifi and service at breakfast extremely slow from 8:30 (breakfast ends at 10:30), they won’t even replenish food either. Business center is not necessarily a room but a corner in the lobby so you don’t have privacy because of the constant noise. Towels may have stains.

The hotel is really close to the beach which is great if you’re traveling for this purpose. It is quiet and the reception has great services. The rooms as not updated, but it was ok for a night sleep
The room was outdated, and could have a better bed, shower and lighting, specifically in the bathroom. The breakfast has a lot of variety, but the food does not taste too good (the cuscus was very dry, eggs, breads and cakes were also dry) and I could not get a tapioca done in both days I stayed at the hotel by a lack of organization in the kitchen
