Breakfast was superb, with many local options to pick from. Location is amazing, very close to the elevator to the lower level of the city. The staff is wonderful, so happy and helpful and can easily speak spanish and english. AC worked great, bathroom was super clean and at night its very quiet.

Location is great. Premium room was big and comfortable. 24 hours reception. Breakfast was abundant.
Fan didn’t work but that was ok. Maybe loud if noise bothers you. We weren’t bothered by it.

The hotel looks fine, accessible (they have an elevator in good shape), the staff is great, good breakfast, the location is amazing, close to main touristic attractions, best restaurants, shops, etc. Its not luxurious, but comfortable, reliable, safe. They have a small but very functional spa. Therapist was good and respectful. There was free water and some local candy with a welcome card - very thoughtful.
The room and the bathroom are small (but it was well disclaimed in the room description).

Very clean Hotel in the heart of Salvador. Good breakfast, very comfortable bed.
The hotel is located in the historic center of Salvador. The few streets around the hotel are very nice and lively. However, as soon as you step out of the tourist area at night, it gets shady.

The common areas are very charming, the breakfast was brilliant, and the room was very clean.
The initial greeting at check in was alarming. The staff member checking us in acted confused and surprised upon realising two people of the same sex were staying in that kind of room. That made us uncomfortable and shocked that this could happen in this day and age, in a city that is supposed to be relaxed and inclusive. They must train their staff to be more professional.
Also, please note that a room without a view in this hotel might mean , really, a window that opens to other walls.
