There wasnt anything to fault with the Aram Yami hotel. The staff are absolutely incredible - attentive, informative and knowledgeable. The morning breakfast was superb - thank you to the kitchen staff who were always smiling! We chose the Bahia Suite which was perfect. Super large, comfortable bed with soft pillows, great A/C, separate shower and toilet and a wonderful view out to the pool. The pool area had stunning views across the bay. Complimentary drink and fruits on arrival. Wish we had more time here. Next time!

The staff is incredibly nice and professional, beautiful pool area
If i need to point out something that can be improved, i'd say that the instructions for the safe weren't present and the ceiling is not completely soundproof (we could hear people walking)

Excellent hotel, in my opinion located in the perfect spot of the city (San Antonio), very close to Pelourinho but still outside the busy center.
The view from the hotel is stunning and the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.
Highly recommended.

Lovely boutique style hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful as was the owner. Our rooms were fabulous. Breakfast was mostly homebaked/homemade produce and was lovely, sitting on a terrace overlooking the port.

Everything. Im at a loss for words because it exceeded all our expectations. This place is incredibly charming, intimate, romantic and beautiful. The attention to detail, the wonderful service, fantastic location, gorgeous rooms, impeccably restored features, it has a tangibly special feel to it that is impossible to describe accurately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would choose this hotel over a larger modern chain hotel anyday.
The fact we didnt have time to stay there more than one night!

Very very nice hotel. First of all: Highly professional and extremely nice and helpful staff! Really great people. Then: Interesting interior design, spacious room, comfy bed. Interesting neighbourhood, and really very good breakfast. Incredible views. I'd love to return one day. Highly recommended.

The hotel is perfectly located in walking distance to Pelourinho. San Antonio for it self is even better, beautifull old buildings, bars, restaurants and it is a safe area. The room was large, the ac reasonably silent and the breakfast was plentyfull and tasty. The best thing has been the service. The staff is very friedly and helpfull (shoutout to marcus ). You will have a great view of the marina from the rooftop pool. The aram yani is probably one of the best options for Salvador.

The best feature of this hotel are the staff. Jo, Marcos, Yan took fantastic care of me during my stay at Aram Yami and even after I left the hotel and stayed at a different hotel amarelindo in Pelourinho they continued to help me as the other hotel did not. They were attentive, made helpful suggestions to maximise my trip to enjoy Salvador and were very informative. They helped call ubers for me and were very sweet. Nothing seemed like an effort and they were the best! The hotel environment was clean, breakfast was wonderful and the views were lovely. I recommend Aram Yami to guests who want a wonderful sleep, attentive customer service and wonderful food! I would give more than a 10++++ as the rating. The neighbourhood is characteristic and fun and so close to walk to Pelourinho so its much better to stay in Santo Antnio than a touristic area like Pelourinho. I would love to return! You will be so thankful for booking a stay here. There are lots of bars& restaurants that are so nearby!

I cannot say enough positive things about our one-night stay at Aram Yam. We are normally relatively 'rugged' travelers, and we were worried that we'd feel out of place in such high-end accommodations. But the stellar staff welcomed our travel-worn, backpack-toting selves with cold juices and notable friendliness. This was an end-of-honeymoon splurge for us, and it was worth every penny. In fact, after seeing the breakfast spread, my husband declared that the price would have been worth it just for that! Since we only stayed one night, we really tried to make the most of it -- took an afternoon dip in the pool, enjoyed the amazing view and sunset over the harbor from the pool deck, took an evening stroll in the neighborhood, had appetizers/cocktails at one local restaurant and dinner/wine at another, slept like babies in the comfortable bed and air-conditioned room, and spent hours the next morning sitting on the patio savoring the gourmet breakfast. The staff were also kind enough to hold our bags for the afternoon, since we had a late flight out of town that evening. Everything about this experience made us smile. Thanks, Aram Yami!
