The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was very spacious and super comfortable.
1. The internet is terrible, you have to re-accept terms literally 10 times a day. Super slow. 2. No kettle or coffee machine or something to make you feel nice. 3. Basic breakfast. 4. There was a water bottle on the table in the room. I spend a lot of times in hotels and you usually get at least 1 complimentary water bottle. But no. Upon check out I was billed 2 euros. 5. Location - 40 minutes from the center. Nothing to do around. Boring...

I like how the whole staff treated me. Bruno the bar tender was very nice and all the staff from the reception. Good professionals, very kind and polite.
The bathroom had a bad smell, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bedroom was too cold and we couldn't adjust the temperature

Room was large and clean, jetted tub was great, and proximity to the beach was wonderful.
Pillows were not comfortable. No drinking provided. No shade at around the pool. Laundry service was very expensive. No gluten-free options for breakfast.

The bed was not comfortable. It’s was hard. The Location was nice and the breakfast was mediocre.
Hard bed, room service rarely got an order correct when ordering a meal, staff not that friendly. When dropping off food, sometimes they wouldn’t close the door when existing. The person who place the order wasn’t welcoming. Didn’t have the menu in the room to review.

This is a very good mid to high end hotel. Breakfasts were good although scrambled eggs every morning on the cold side.
Ordered worst “Catch of the day” fish for room service! Smelled like the catch of last week with basically no seasoning and rest of plate filled a heap of dry rice!

The hotel is modern , has a great breakfast and location is good.
The gym was closed to refurbishment and I was never advised about it prior to booking. They allowed us to use the one at the partner hotel in front of ours though not ideal . Also, didn’t like the bedding’s…not enough ! There was a what it seemed to be a blanket in the cabinet badly wrapped on a bag or something but it didn’t look great. We were also waken by someone ringing our loud bell to deliver some food 2am , though we never ordered anything.

I would suggest anyone to purchase breakfast when booking the hotel through Booking.com. I did not purchase a day and it cost me a lot more. The breakfast had a large variety, including fruits and vegetarian dishes. The bar at the pool had great drinks. I enjoyed walking to the beach. The hotel had a great system to get towels. We stayed right in front of the hotel. It was easy access. The gym was small, but had a great view. I am returning next year and I am planning to stay in the same hotel.
The pool was not as clean as I expected. I know that it was really hot, and there was a massive amount of people using the pool. Although it was not that cleaned, it still nice to use in the afternoon. They had a great outdoor shower to refresh. Also, I did not like as much was the extra bed that I requested when I booked the room. The room was ample and accommodate three people very well. However, the single bed was not as comfortable as the King bed.

The hotel looks quite luxurious and has a nice rooftop pool, gym and sauna. The room was big. It is across the street from the beach. A nice restaurant is in front of the hotel.
The breakfast is a minus - had almost no vegetarian options and no fresh vegetable. On the hallways and eating area, the AC was too strong (it was too cold). The morning fitness classes schedule was messy and not respected. In the morning, elevators too crowded, could take minutes to go down, queues for breakfast.

Great location, few steps to the beach. Comfortable beds and good room size. Excellent and varied breakfast.
The A/C is loud, needs repair or modernization. Theres is no tea or coffee maker in the room. For a 5 star hotel that is a shame.
