The hotel is modern , has a great breakfast and location is good.
The gym was closed to refurbishment and I was never advised about it prior to booking. They allowed us to use the one at the partner hotel in front of ours though not ideal . Also, didn’t like the bedding’s…not enough ! There was a what it seemed to be a blanket in the cabinet badly wrapped on a bag or something but it didn’t look great.
We were also waken by someone ringing our loud bell to deliver some food 2am , though we never ordered anything.

I would suggest anyone to purchase breakfast when booking the hotel through Booking.com. I did not purchase a day and it cost me a lot more. The breakfast had a large variety, including fruits and vegetarian dishes.
The bar at the pool had great drinks.
I enjoyed walking to the beach. The hotel had a great system to get towels. We stayed right in front of the hotel. It was easy access. The gym was small, but had a great view. I am returning next year and I am planning to stay in the same hotel.
The pool was not as clean as I expected. I know that it was really hot, and there was a massive amount of people using the pool. Although it was not that cleaned, it still nice to use in the afternoon. They had a great outdoor shower to refresh.
Also, I did not like as much was the extra bed that I requested when I booked the room. The room was ample and accommodate three people very well. However, the single bed was not as comfortable as the King bed.

The hotel looks quite luxurious and has a nice rooftop pool, gym and sauna. The room was big. It is across the street from the beach. A nice restaurant is in front of the hotel.
The breakfast is a minus - had almost no vegetarian options and no fresh vegetable. On the hallways and eating area, the AC was too strong (it was too cold). The morning fitness classes schedule was messy and not respected. In the morning, elevators too crowded, could take minutes to go down, queues for breakfast.

Great location, few steps to the beach. Comfortable beds and good room size. Excellent and varied breakfast.
The A/C is loud, needs repair or modernization. Theres is no tea or coffee maker in the room. For a 5 star hotel that is a shame.

Swimming pool and gym are ridiculously small for the size of hotel and quantity of guests. My room had a small window too , which was very disappointing . I had stayed at Windsor leme before and it was much better than this one …

Great location, exceptional facility and food!
Overall, the front desk staff lacked exceptional customer service skills which should be expected in this type of hotel. The service must be efficient, professional, and genuine.
Considering the size of the hotel, the fitness room was very small with very few options. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working at all and rain water infiltrated the space.
We were a family of 8 visiting from the United States and occupied 4 of your rooms. We believe your hotel will be much more desirable if these areas of opportunity could be addressed.

Breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean but outside the corridors they had a demodulation going on and a horrible glue smell that was really bad and was noisy. also, one night the elevators weren't working and nobody told anything aboutt this. My husband and I were 15 minutes waiting the elevator in the 14th floor ... not funny.
There is a young guy working as bell man that was extremely nice. His name is Paulo and he helped us a lot. Always with a great smile on his face, He was extremely helpful and made our days much better.

Room service and cleanliness were excellent. Location is nice, close to the beach.
The breakfast was fine, although for an up-scaled hotel the options could have been more. The room was good but it did not have a bathtub. The pool is smaller than expected, but works well. The sauna and gym are fine for a hotel. Elevators were sometimes not working properly.

Poor quality pillows it gets to a point where you need to throw the pillows away not just keep them but I did request good pillows and immediately they sent up good comfortable pillows. This means they know the difference
