Breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean but outside the corridors they had a demodulation going on and a horrible glue smell that was really bad and was noisy. also, one night the elevators weren't working and nobody told anything aboutt this. My husband and I were 15 minutes waiting the elevator in the 14th floor ... not funny.
There is a young guy working as bell man that was extremely nice. His name is Paulo and he helped us a lot. Always with a great smile on his face, He was extremely helpful and made our days much better.

Room service and cleanliness were excellent. Location is nice, close to the beach.
The breakfast was fine, although for an up-scaled hotel the options could have been more. The room was good but it did not have a bathtub. The pool is smaller than expected, but works well. The sauna and gym are fine for a hotel. Elevators were sometimes not working properly.

Poor quality pillows it gets to a point where you need to throw the pillows away not just keep them but I did request good pillows and immediately they sent up good comfortable pillows. This means they know the difference

The hotel eanted to charge for ice, for borrowing a spoon in the room. Hotel was old and not well located.

A bit far from attractions, reception person ( Yasmine) did not allow me to check in before 3 pm but when I tried another front desk person, they were nice and helped ( I was extremely tired and just arrived from international trip)

No WiFi the first 3 days/ nights which was not ideal for work trip

The pool area the service everything to do with the pool the furniture everything was subpar. There wasn't someone who actively was walking around trying to serve they lack tables between the chairs at the pool so you order a drink and you put it on the floor the pool experience could have been a lot better this is a money maker for the hotel yet they neglect it

Very cozy, clean and well located.
Everything was working and the staff was very polite.
You need to pre authorize on check-in to buy drinks and other stuffs. Dont ask for forks, it’a very expansive.

Location in a quiet zone in Barra do Tijuca. Room was really nice and big enough for the three of us. Breakfast was great with a lot of options.
Would loved to have a coffee machine in the room or coffee available.
We booked a trip to Angra from the hotel and it costs us the double (same exact bus/lunch/boat) than other passengers taking the same!

Room service was ok. Food was good.
AirCon is always very cold. Most of my friends got sick. Pillows were very thin and needed to stack up 3 to make the height of one. Coffee is very average and burnt. No essentials such as a toothbrush. Personnel very uptight and hard to accommodate. We’ve told 20+ people to book at Windsor for our wedding. The least the hotel could’ve have done was helping us keep a slice of our wedding cake in a fridge or invite us a glass of water on the house.

The breakfast was large and diverse. The neighborhood was nice especially being right on the beach.
