Very Good
The bellmen were great. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
The location is also an easy walk to the beach.
We felt very safe.
The cleaning staff often came very late in the day - sometimes late afternoon.
The rooms are a little cramped with not much of a view.

Location. Nice Cleaning staff and bag guys really accommodating. Door men are also attentive. Multiple elevators.
WiFi was terrible. Check in tried to give me a bad room at first. Food and breakfast options. Small. Price. Tv didn’t work either internet.

It’s very near Copacobana Beach, but also near Ipanema.
The layout was a bit cramped. And they have a no guest policy.

Bed comfortable, room and bathroom are spacious
The walls are too thin. They are not sound proof at all. My room is probably located near the housekeeping quarters (3rd floor). I wanted to leave after my first night but my family didn’t agree with me. If you’re a late sleeper like me, you will not get quality sleep. Early morning, it’s chaotic. Around 09:30 pm, there’s a commotion as well: loud machinery, door banging and loud talking. 2) breakfast lacks variety for the price they are charging.

I thought the location was going to be closer to Ipanema, but you can't really walk from the hotel to there; you need to take a taxi.

Location, courtesy from attendants. I guess that is all.
The room had no view at all. I have been in this hotel other times with a view to the street, same price.
The internet is ok for surfing, but not to work. I had to access a remote server that was blocked by hotel internet. I had to use my personal 4G.
No TV streaming app worked. I tried Netflix and Disney, both I have personal account, but they didn't work.

The location of this hotel is good, very close to the Copacabana beach and not far from Ipanema Beach. There are shops nearby, nice restaurants close and a Cambio next door. The breakfast is good.
Noise was a bit of an issue. There was work underway on the street outside the hotel door which resulted in a lot of noise but this appears to be reaching an end at this stage.
