Wonderful
Location , Breakfast Service team socially the attention of Mr, Sergio. He did a great job supporting us every morning.
Problems with the electronic Key and sometimes valet taking to long to bring the vehicles, probably shortage of staff

- Location - on the beautiful Barra beach
- Close to malls
- we felt safe in the hotel and at the beach
- Breakfast was delicious and the waiters were always friendly and helpful
- Wifi is horrible.... couldn't watch short Instagram videos without freezing all the time
- The Gym - super small, no variety of gym equipment and closed early- 8pm.
- the beach was nice but there were constantly helicopters flying around... made it a noisy experience there were 3 flying at the same time at one point.
- hotel key wouldn't work very well.... it was a little annoying

Wonderful
Full and delicious breakfast. Pool very clean and soft to swim. Location is super nice for those who want some time far from the noise, but so close to the beach (just across the street). They had a bar very nice that serves food in case you run out of time from the restaurant.
Not many restaurants nearby.

Everything is extra even the coffee capsules and tea in the room. Check in and check out was very very slow. No beach chairs in the beach.

Good hotel with probably the best view in the area from the pool bar and rooms where you can see both sunset and sunrise. You can train in a gym with a view. Rooms are very clean, cool and comfortable, with great view on sea, beach and mountains.
Food is not the best here, often very dry and too costly, but it’s common for chain hotels. And it’s far from city, if the purpose is to see Rio, better stay in Rio. This is a safe and very good beach area. For families, there are bot many baby facilities, but in general it’s good and cool.
