Rooftop and the location
Everything is extra even the coffee capsules and tea in the room. Check in and check out was very very slow. No beach chairs in the beach.

Good hotel with probably the best view in the area from the pool bar and rooms where you can see both sunset and sunrise. You can train in a gym with a view. Rooms are very clean, cool and comfortable, with great view on sea, beach and mountains.
Food is not the best here, often very dry and too costly, but it’s common for chain hotels. And it’s far from city, if the purpose is to see Rio, better stay in Rio. This is a safe and very good beach area. For families, there are bot many baby facilities, but in general it’s good and cool.

Room too small for 3 adult people. the fact that I was not able to do early check in Hotel is far from nice restaurants Gym is too small for the size of hotel They dont provide chairs or umbrella for the beach

Dirty room, old furniture, mold on walls, noisy brekfast, waiters start cleaning tables and sweeping under yoyr feet while breakfast is still ongoing...all in all I couldn't wait to get out of there...

I booked a 3 night stay. Unfortunately due to a family emergency we had to leave early. We only stayed 1 out of the 3 nights. At the reception the staff member told us we would get a refund for the 2 nights due to the situation. He cancelled the reservation and no refund was received. Dishonest poor customer service Would not recommend
