The hotel has an excellent location and a lovely rooftop view. However, the internet rarely worked during our stay, and the bathroom felt dated, with rusty tiles and fixtures. We were surprised to find no coffee machine or kettle in the room, especially for a 4-star hotel at this price point (though housekeeping did provide a kettle upon request). Overall, the standard double room felt overpriced for what was offered.

Excellent location. Excellent breakfast buffet. Attentive staff. Comfortable room. Very close to Copacabana beach in a nice area.
1) Internet is poor, with periods during which I could not connect. Was not able to Sol e I’m this during my stay. 2) The air conditioning made a constant rattling sound, so I had to turn it off at night to be able to sleep.

The location is great, the views are absolutely stunning, it is very close to the beach and literally anything you need. The staff is so warm and welcoming and accommodating, the breakfast is spectacular. Also the hotel is very quiet, and the beds are super comfortable. The water pressure is also excellent and the pool area is STUNNING. Thank you so much for a touching welcome and a beautiful stay, I will never forget this trip and cannot wait to return to stay with you.

The share spaces were very clean and nice. Thenrooftop bar/pool area was great. The sheets, towels and other linens were great. The staff was wonderful.
Some parts of the room were worn. Rug, bathroom tub area needed to be recaulked, the glass on the shower was etched from cleaning and/or hard water. The doors had been painted in black laquer that was chipping and had sheen issues.

The location was perfect. It was a very quiet area, especially at night. The staff were all excellent. We stayed 6 nights and found the breakfast buffet had enough choices not to be boring.
The rooms are a little dated. Better umbrellas would help to offer more shade around the property.

This hotel is in a very nice quiet area just in front of the beach and a lot of restaurants, bar options definitely a good option if you want to stay close to copacabana and all the tourists spots. The hotel itself has a wonderful pool with bar in the top floor which is really relaxing and even has food options too.
The lifts are extremely slow and the AC in our room was too loud.
