The room was spacious and clean.
The breakfast menu was terrible, it can be improved by having a wide variety of food. The hotel is expensive for the kind of breakfast they are serving.
I was in a twin room, the bed base was old and torn.

The location of this hotel in Leme is great. We had a wonderful, direct view of the beach from our large room. The hotel pool also has an amazing view with well-priced drinks at the bar. The breakfast was enjoyable each day.
The hotel feels a bit dated (old carpet in the room, rough towels, etc). Lots of tour groups seemed to be staying here (big groups in the lobby every morning), so somewhat machine-like.

Great location, free beach towel use was a nice perk, helpful staff.
Room not consistent with 4 star standards. Loud street noise, as well as noise carrying over from other guest rooms and common spaces. Could here conversations and tv clear as day from the rooms next door

The xheck out evennif you say you dis not have exttas you have to wait until someone check ans it takes forever and staff ia not very nixe about that.

Check-in was nice and easy. Staff was helpfull. The location was very good and not crowded. Our room was almost at the top, so the view was perfect. We felt very safe.

The staff was outstanding, and the location was very good.
There was no coffee and no coffee maker or kettle in the room. The buffet breakfast didn't include any Brazillian food item. The room is getting outdated ond worn.
