The bed was in fact comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful but not good at accomodating special request.
I did not like the lack of special request, no wifi for the TV which means not streaming services other than the 6 stations on the local TV. Fridge broke. Bathroom was not really comfortable or good. No coffee in the rooms.

Perfect location, rooftop bar and pool had best view in the area. Room was quiet with good airconditioning and hot water. Staff were nice, security was good.
Dated room and bath, little storage, charged extra for coffee pods, water, wine glass, silverware. No shade at pool.

The location is right on the beach, with a great view from the small rooftop pool. We ordered room service one evening and it was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean, we got lucky with having a nice ocean view. It was easy to Uber places from the hotel. We were able to store our bags safely on the day we checked out.
For such a level of hotel, I would have expected the coffee capsules in the room to be free of charge, as well as some free water provided. That’s not the case. The pool area could do with having more lounge chairs.

Great services and excellent location. The front desk upgraded our rooms to fully enjoy the ocean view and get better sleep. The cleaning staff is very accommodating to our needs. The buffet breakfast provides healthy choices.

The room is bare. There is no water or coffee in the lobby for me to begin my day. The price is outrageous and the new years eve rooftop is not hospitable too. The whole thing is bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this hotel. The staff even said I can't bring a friend to visit me.

Great location, great staff and very kind, always there to assist.
Very outdated, needs major renovation, rooms are ok, but not for such an expensive hotel. Ac doesn’t work well, either blows super cold or doesn’t work at all, no adjustable settings, bathroom and everything is pretty much outdated and old. There is a smell of old in the room, not because it’s not clean, it’s just old and moldy. No blankets in the room, sheets and pillows are cheap.
