Wonderful
The location is right on the beach, with a great view from the small rooftop pool. We ordered room service one evening and it was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean, we got lucky with having a nice ocean view. It was easy to Uber places from the hotel. We were able to store our bags safely on the day we checked out.
For such a level of hotel, I would have expected the coffee capsules in the room to be free of charge, as well as some free water provided. That’s not the case. The pool area could do with having more lounge chairs.

Great services and excellent location. The front desk upgraded our rooms to fully enjoy the ocean view and get better sleep. The cleaning staff is very accommodating to our needs. The buffet breakfast provides healthy choices.

The room is bare. There is no water or coffee in the lobby for me to begin my day. The price is outrageous and the new years eve rooftop is not hospitable too. The whole thing is bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this hotel. The staff even said I can't bring a friend to visit me.

Great location, great staff and very kind, always there to assist.
Very outdated, needs major renovation, rooms are ok, but not for such an expensive hotel. Ac doesn’t work well, either blows super cold or doesn’t work at all, no adjustable settings, bathroom and everything is pretty much outdated and old. There is a smell of old in the room, not because it’s not clean, it’s just old and moldy. No blankets in the room, sheets and pillows are cheap.

Great location in Copacabana. Nice view from the rooftop. Room felt spacious. Bellboys and were kind, reception staff were hit or miss.
Hotel is way more dated than what it looks like in pictures. Slow elevators, older furniture on rooftop and rooms. For the price paid, left a bit to be desired and is in need of an update

The location was perfect. The beach was right across the street with great restaurants near by. There was plenty to do within walking distance. The staff was really helpful. The rooftop deck was spectacular.
I did not like the way the rooms smelled, they did not smell particulary clean. I requested to be moved to another room and they did accommodate me-it was an improvement.

Great hotel!! In very convenient location and few steps from copacabana beach. The hotel rooms are clean, comfy and well equipped. The breakfast was great and the people truly took proper care of us. Definitely looking forward to come back!
