Overall, I feel that the hotel offers poor value for money. The room would benefit from renovation and maintenance. During my stay, the shower water was interrupted, and the toilet did not function properly. I also missed having a coffee-making facility in the room.
The sauna could also be improved. There were no adequate facilities for guests to leave their clothes, no drinking water was available, and there was no possibility of regulating the sauna temperature.
Considering the condition of the room and the level of service provided, I found the hotel relatively expensive. I also felt that some members of the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming toward guests.

I had high expectations for this hotel, especially given its location and the many positive reviews, but unfortunately our arrival experience at the front desk really affected my overall impression of the stay.
At check-in, Sabrina immediately told me that the reservation had been made incorrectly and that we would need to pay an additional amount for the third person. However, I had specifically booked the room for three guests under triple occupancy, and the reservation itself reflected this. While she was looking into it, I tried to explain that my main question was simply whether there was a difference in the room setup for three people. We had requested three beds if available, understanding that this could not necessarily be guaranteed, but I was perfectly fine with two beds if that was the room configuration.
Unfortunately, rather than first clarifying the reservation with us, the conversation became quite confrontational. Eventually, she found the issue on the reservation herself and proceeded with the check-in, but there was no acknowledgment or apology for having initially told us that we had made the reservation incorrectly. The explanation of the hotel facilities also felt rushed and somewhat rude.
We were then told that we were being “upgraded” to a partial-view room, although there was no real explanation of what the upgrade meant, which made the whole interaction feel rather confusing.
This was particularly disappointing because the rest of the staff we encountered were attentive and pleasant. Having worked in Front Office and Rooms for many years myself, I understand that reservation discrepancies and misunderstandings happen. What makes the difference in is how those situations are handled: listening first, clarifying the facts, and, if there has been a misunderstanding, simply acknowledging it and apologizing. Unfortunately, that was missing here.
There were also some issues with the physical condition of the room.
The property feels somewhat tired, with mold in the bathroom and no complimentary bottled water provided. Check in was disappointing and set up the tone for the whole stay. First impression was a bit frustrating

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very good. The room was clean and hygienic. Breakfast very good quality and a lot of choice
We had the feeling that the air coming from the airconditioning, was not completely ok. In the morning, felt a bit on our respiratory system. Maybe, the central air conditioning system, needs to be properly cleaned and revised.

Clean, friendly staff, good value and location as compared to others. Located very centrally on the beach, and usually close to events.
Some rooms have small cube like showers which can be challenging for bigger guests.

Wonderful
Location was AWESOME! In the heart of the city and close to all attractions. Room was nice, large, and well lit. Really appreciate the large entertainment station that doubles as a giant desk. Front desk and door staff was very friendly and made me feel safe.
Bathroom was functional, but a bit dated. A quick bathroom renovation would elevate this experience.

El perosnal es atento y agradable. La comida es muy buena. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. La ubicación está excelente, frente a la playa, con acceso a más restaurantes cerca de la zona, se sentía muy seguro por esa zona. El costo del hotel es razonable.
En sentido general todo estuvo bien. Si tuviera que quejarme de algo sería de los dispensadores de jabón en el baño, la suerte que llevé mi propio jabón porque resultaba difícil presionarlos.
