Hotel and staff were nice, hotel was clean, some staff spoke English, hotel was across the street from the beach and had a nice rooftop swimming pool.
The breakfast was a bit over priced and room service options were limited.

Good position on Copacabana - close to the beach, close to supermarket and restaurants.
The cleaning lady was very friendly - although she didn't speak english.
Roomservice food is very good.
- The internet was very bad/slow
- The fridge was making a lot of noise

Really good hotel, would definitely return. Spacious room with good shower & storage facilities. Lovely rooftop pool & good views. Staff really lovely, excellent breakfast & quick service.
The only small thing missing was a coffee machine in the room, but this was minor.

The breakfast buffet was the only thing that was good.
There was mold in our room, and a leak came from the ceiling. The pool was not properly heated, just barely, so we couldn't use it and saw others touching the water and leaving immediately as well. Bed looked cheap, and the room looked cheap overall. I wouldn't say it was worth the money at all. The laundry service was super expensive, and the clothes barely felt clean afterward. An absolutely waste. I have no idea if people just have bad expectations generally because the ratings were super high, but this was definitely a big disappointment.

The staff is very friendly and the location perfect on Copacabana. The breakfast buffet has a variety of fruit, juices and cakes. You can wash your feet when coming back from the beach.

Location was amazing, directly in front of the beach. Breakfast was so good. The staff was absolutely the best . The view from the pool was spectacular
