Fantastic location right on Copacabana Beach and the view from the rooftop pool was fantastic. Staff were all friendly and helpful

The reception is extremely helpful, they spread politeness and confidence all around. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, well equipped also with quality amenities. Gorgeous breakfast! And perfect location next to the ocean. All my recommendations.
The swimming pool on the roof is a bit... tight.

Location was superb! Staff was super friendly and helpful. We did have to wait several hours to check in since we arrived so early, but they secured our bags and gave us accommodations to change our clothes. Room was clean and comfortable.

They staffs specially a lady in reception and breakfast staffs were super rude and unprofessional
The way they acting to us was terrible
Cleanness of room was awful and we had too many mosquitoes in the room and AC were not working and bathrooms were terrible and need renovation

Location right oppposite Copacabana beach, lovely rooftop pool and bar serving fabulous cocktails!
Room didn’t have any views, difficult to see what the weather looked like each morning. Hotel air con in lobby was freezing! Air con in room so noisy you couldn’t have it on to sleep.

Loved everything about this hotel. From the incredibly warm reception from Edson after travelling 16 hours to the quality of the facilities. Perfect location right across from the beach with plenty of local spots in walking distance so you never had to venture too far. Would absolutely stay here again!

Location is good, facilities are clean and modern. Most of The staff is Pleasant
It took a very long time to check in and check out. During check in we had to wait around 40min standing after a long trip. The lady at the front desk totally ignored us and was counting money in front of us. After counting all that money to probably close her shift, she just stood up and left with nothing but rude attitude.
The check out was a bit better, but still very slow

Hotel and staff were nice, hotel was clean, some staff spoke English, hotel was across the street from the beach and had a nice rooftop swimming pool.
The breakfast was a bit over priced and room service options were limited.
