Dont bother about lateral sea view, its not worth it, either front or nothing

This place is beautiful, clean and has very friendly helpful staff. The restaurant food is stunning! Breakfast was also very nice. Right across the road from the beach. Showers have great pressure and the beds are so comfortable.

The staff were the highlight of the hotel, they were always so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.
Rooms were clean however the bathroom was a little water damaged which made it seem unclean. Also the room was tiny and we only had a view of the neighbouring buildings wall.

The reception team was great, high secure hotel, nice breakfast.
Breakfast team did not speak english or spanish, the tables weren't clean, I've asked the team to bring fork and knife and they never came back to the table. They weren't nice or helpful. The bathroom & shower are very small. I could hear everything from the outside of the room & hotel. I got a room next to the elevator, terrible room, I couldn't sleep well.

A lovely, welcoming, comfortable hotel in Copacabana. Staff were all very helpful and the restaurant was great and a lovely place to sit. I would highly recommend.

For some reason the room was very noisy in the late afternoon with live music coming from somewhere nearby. It only lasted a coup[le of hours but I could not decipher where it was coming from.
