The staff was wonderful, made sure we were comfortable with everything and was quick to respond to all our questions. The breakfast included was delicious and the view from our room was amazing. The hotel itself was charming and chic, and a perfect respite from a busy day of touring the city. We cant wait to go back!

Pics on the wen site and on booking page appear far better the reality (photoshop effect ): low care of public spaces (dirty stairs, cracked walls, stained windows), overall poor cleanliness

My daughter's strong recommendation turned out true: excellent nice hotel, very friendly staff and manager, good food, amazing views. Little gem!
Keep your room window closed unless you like to be eaten by mosquitoes :) Took me 2 nights to kill all 3 of them, but my own fault as I had opened the window for half an hour in the evening :)

Jacuzzi on balcony was great. Veiws lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Property needs some TLC and having stayed on more properties in Brazil now i would say the price does not meet the quality of the property.

The view is absolutely stunning. The staff is very helpful! Luciana is a true gem and will help and advise you in everything. Furthermore Grazie is the sweetest and makes a killer Gin Tonic - Aca. Amazing experience and if youre in doubt between hotels, please choose this one!
Small coffee/tea station in the room would be nice, but you can always WhatsApp for a tea/coffee.

The view on the city is absolutely incredible
The pictures of the rooms on the website make them look a lot better than they actually are as they are pretty used. Rooms are humid and a bad smell is coming out of the pipes. Jacuzzis are also a bit rusty and do not make you want to use them.

The staff were beyond amazing. Luciana and Phillipe treated us excellent, gave us great suggestions of places to see and visit. I dont speak Portuguese but they helped me with anything and everything I could ask for. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
While the view is magnificent, it is a 20-30 minute Uber ride from most major attractions and sometimes the wait for the ride can take a while.

Everything! I was greeted by Luciana and Beatriz who were delightfully welcoming, informative and went beyond expectation to help me; I am so grateful to you. The room met my expectations and the hotel was just perfect Luciana, Bia, Felipe, Pedro, Marcus and the lovely girls who worked in the restaurant were all fantastic. The bed was comfy, the hot tub was amazing, and the view was incredible: such a treat waking up there I look forward to returning and I would recommend Santa Vista to all. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

The facilities were clean and beautiful. The view from the hotel was great and it was only a short taxi ride from Sahara Teresa and other popular areas

The view was amazing, I mean really amazing. The staff are even better. Luciana and Philippe took care of us, from chef to the servers, everyone made us feel at home. They did what they can to accommodate all our request and we were very needy. Breakfast are always good and all the food that they have are good. Yes we tried them all. Tubs are huge in the queen room. So relaxing after a long day with the view. Santa Teresa have some really good restaurants. Uber was our best friend, we spent $2-5 its cheap.
It was kind of loud, theres an airport near by so you can hear the planes. Waking up in the morning with the view makes up for it.The water for the shower runs out of hot water, it does come back after you turn it off. Again, waking up in the morning with that view makes up for it.
