The views are amazing, people at front desk are very nice. The room was very big.
The property needs a lot, but a los of maintenance. There were debri in the rooftop and the staris dont seem to be very well mantained.

Very Poor
Staff was nice. Rooms are in good condition but not clean.
The biggest problem was the water shortage in the morning from wake up till check-out. We have to brush our teeth with the water in the room, which was charged in the check-out. We had a long three leg flight that night, we could not take shower in the morning, even we could not use the toilet in our own room! I understand this may happen. However, if you are paying 330 euros per night, then you are not expecting something like this before your long flight. They need to have some kind of water storage, if they are getting huge amount of money from a room per night.
The room was not clean. we tried to use hot tub, it was not hot and nor clean.

Very Poor
Where to start. When we arrived, the room was very dirty, with moist on the walls, even with a bug. The hot water didn't work, just almost after 2 hours of trying. Despite the fact that the staff was nice and the breakfast was good, the price of the room was too much expensive for what it offers:
1. always for the hot water you had to wait 2-3 hours,
2. the jacuzzi was dirty, with bio -hazard leftovers
3. old furniture
For 250 Euro per night you would expect a very nice experience, but it's more like a 2 stars hotel, that just have nice view. The photos from the website does not match the reality.
Dirty, with moist, no hot water, dangerous dirty jacuzzi, incredible expensive for what it offers.
Maximum 2 stars with a price of 5 star hotel. More staff especially for cleaning.
Also to get there it is complicated and just with Uber is reachable, because by night it is really dangerous.

View. It was amazing! Sunrise was just beautiful. It is further out, so perfect as a getaway.
Lots of rules, which didn’t make the place feel as friendly as others we stayed at in Rio. It is further out which might not suit everyone

View ?
The rooms are spacious and renovated, but everything else remains pretty standard. The nearby favela is absolutely not dangerous—you can go out without any issues.
While the hotel offers a nice view, it doesn’t justify the price, as many other places offer the same scenery. The hosts are not the most welcoming and are unavailable after 10 PM (we had an alarm go off at midnight and couldn’t reach anyone to turn it off). Breakfast is repetitive and just average, room cleaning is not automatic and must be requested, and the hotel is still a 10-15 minute Uber ride from the city center.
All these small inconveniences add up, making the price and the view not worth it. If it were cheaper, I’d say go for it without hesitation, but despite the nice view, the overall experience just doesn’t live up to the cost.

Wonderful
Rooms, food, and environment, all was amazing. You have a great view of all the city, specially to the Christ on your right of the hotel, and sugar loaf infront of you.
One of the nights, the two staff members were partying in the room next to us, and they were very loud. It took us 3 times to ask them to lower their noise. This defiantly ruined a bit the great experience we had in here.

Disappointing
Breakfast area and the view
Bad location, the bathroom is smelly and the faucet for the sinks is difficult to control, it takes long time to get hot water, it is quite dark in the bathroom, not enough lighting, the shower is also difficult to control for the hot water and cold water .

Good
The view was great and we had the room with the terrace with bath and jacuzzi which we enjoyed.
This property could be so much better if some finer details were made. The bath towels were old, ripped and stained. We had 2 different rooms and in both the drinking glasses were dirty from previous guest.
Although it’s a great view, the actual location you need a car or taxi to get anywhere.
The breakfast is fine but very basic and the reception staff aren’t the warmest of people.
Our first night the pool area speaker was left on all night, with music playing. I sent videos showing how loud it was and that it kept us up all night. I barely got an apology.
The balcony glass is smeared and dirty, again it would make such a difference if this place had a little glow up.
This property has the potential to be really good but it needs some extra care.

Very Good
The view was really amazing and the room had a good size. Watching the sun rise was a real treat.
Whilst the location is great for views, it is in an area with no bars or restaurants in walking distance. The restaurant was closed when we arrived, and there was no other option than call an Uber to go to the center of Santa Teresa to find some food.
