Paulo was the perfect host, very accommodating from our initial booking to our check out. The location in Leblon is perfect. Super safe neighbourhood, plenty of restaurants to choose from and 2 blocks from the beach. The apartment is BIG and can comfortably accommodate a family of 4 and has everything you need for a lengthy stay. The fact it has 2 showers and 3 bathrooms (!) is definitely a plus.
Not much to write here. The air condition in the kids room (the twin bed room) wasn't as strong as the one in the main room which I can imagine might be tricky in the summer. But as we were there in winter time, I can't say for sure.
Other than that, it's a perfect base if you're looking to stay in Leblon.

Property is in a good location and well equipped. Comfortable rooms and nice living space. Good value for money.
We were a family of 5 so bit of a tight squeeze. Would definitely recommend for a family of 4.

Large enough space for our family. Beautiful apartment. Happy that parking was available at property. Location was the best, plenty of restaurants, close to the beach and safe area.

We liked that Paulo was on sight to meet us. He showed us around and introduced us to the doorman, even carried our bags. It is so much easier and reassuring when you can actually speak with someone. You can tell Paulo takes pride in his house.

Paulo is a great host. The location is wonderful, two blocks from the beach, and the apartment includes a laundry area, super useful when you go to the beach and bring sand to the house every day.

The place was absolutely perfect for our group of 5 girls. Perfect location close to the beach and restaurants/bars.
Check-in and check-out was perfect and Paulo was very helpful and flexible to make the stay as comfortable as possible for us.

The location of the appartment is great. it is only 3 min from the beach and in the heart of Leblon. we were welcomed warmely. also parking is possible.
