I totally dislike everything about the hotel. Booking should have better evaluation to qualify the number of stars. This hotel hardly will reach a 3 star level. The location is very unsafe , the staff were not cooperative and gently at all. Food was bad. We stayed there 7 nights and we always had the same food in the buffet.

The only positive I can say is that the staff were friendly and there was a new TV in the room.
But this is not a 4 star place. The hotel room was dirty, filled with stains, dirty floors, mold, and old furniture. The shower head was filled with mold. The bed was uncomfortable. They only gave us a sheet to separate us from the old, torn mattress. There was not even a blanket available. The hallways were dark because they had not replaced the light bulbs. The breakfast was not good. We ended up going out everyday for breakfast. The location is not the best, as it’s a walk from the metro. It was not like the pictures at all. We paid too much for the place to be this bad.

The location was prime and accessible.
Staff members were rude and unhelpful, except one staff who did the extra mile (Daniel, from Reception). Housekeeping didn’t clean and change the sheets even when we asked. They reused sheets that we requested to be changed. They only did change everything until our last night of stay. The hotel wifi was terrible, it was always buffering and dysfunctional, it was just miserable honestly. We tried to borrow utensils, they said they don’t let guests borrow. Even hairdryer and/or Iron, they don’t have for guests to use.

The room's bathroom had a hot shower.
The Wi-Fi network is not even WIFI6, so disconnections, program-crashing lag and smart TVs not being capable of basic connectivity was everywhere. Also, the mini-fridge in my apartment was empty and unreplenished.

The location and value were nice.
Stayed two nights. Other guests were very noisy coming in late, drunk, obnoxious, VERY NOISY. "Queen" bed was two single beds pushed together. Made hole where the two beds were pushed together. it was not nice.

The staffs are arrogant and does not attend the customers needs, customers are line to be attended by a single receptionist while the others stays on the mobile phones, the phone in the rooms is not working so any needs the customer needs to go down and lined before can be attended, the air-con is very dirty and noisy, hotel smell on the corridor is awful, lights is very dim, restaurant looks bad and the staff does not pay attention basic sanitation

They had a good breakfast, though the choices were limited. The room was well lit but not very clean, and while the location is close to the centre, it is quite a distance from the beach.
It was extremely busy, noisy, and not very clean. If you’re a traveller who isn’t keen on enjoying the hotel’s amenities, then it’s a fair choice given the very reasonable price.

Waiting so long at reception, parking always full, difficult to park the car, very, very dirty room, and furniture is destroyed by water, the toilet is dirty, the air conditioner is broken, and dirty. extreme dark rooms.
