Disappointing
The hotel is well located and near some great places.
The food was terrible, poor choices for dinner and breakfast. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which smelled badly. Had to wait a long time in the line before I could check in. Overall, it was a bad experience.

The location was great and I could do a lot of visiting in areas near the hotel, some of them I went by walking.
One of the elevators kept breaking, so it took a lot of time to go up or down, since the other one was always full, and there were other two but they were used by the staff as well. They didn't had space or enough service fo fullfil the amount of guests on breakfast, so the food, the plates, the cups, etc was constantly running out. The service was great but they didn't expect the number of the guests that time.

Nothing, seriously.
Ac doesn't work. Staff was rude. They didn't give us towels, so when we asked for some, we were accused of stealing the towels in the room. The lady working housekeeping was just awful. I would highly recommend not staying here. Then they tried getting in our room in the morning while we were asleep without knocking. Just not a good place to stay at all.

The room was very clean, comfortable and even romantic; we didnt get the opportunity to explore the hotel in itself, like the pool etc., but it gave a really good impression overall. The breakfast food was basic, but good.
My biggest complaint is the wi-fi, that didnt work in my room very well, so we couldnt have the movie night we were really looking forward to. The breakfast food was basic but good, but it was extremely crowded and it seemed understaffed, with rude guests fighting to cut in line to be served.

The staff is incredible and very helpful
The facility is old, the wifi doesn't work. The bed covers where dirty with hair and even a small blood stain. The you could hear everything from the corridor ad the other rooms. I regret so much that I book this hotel. Never again.

1 out of 2 Elevator not working. Staff elevator occasionally working for guest to relieve long wait. Elevator control buttons are inaccurate as they have reused some button covers.
Was Issued a room that was already occupied but reception staffquickly got me an empty room replacement.
Aircondition vent fin detached from unit.

Deluxe room was really good and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but tasty.
The cleanliness wasnt the best. The room windows was very dirty and the TV is very old. The swimming pool wasnt very clean as well.

Just the location
It was very disorganized; the reception was overwhelmed, and the staff was unhelpful. They didn't have towels available, and they couldn't even provide a simple cutlery kit. Make sure to bring all essential items with you when you travel, especially if you're aware that your accommodation may not provide them.
