The room needs urgent a renew, the windows did not block the noise of the street., the bathroom needs to be renewed as well, the water pressure varies a lot.
No options for lactose intolerant on the breakfast, but probably if you inform before they will make all possible. Because they offered me some extra prepared food after I informed.

I loved the location of the room ! Loved the pool on rooftop. So happy the receptionist was able to help me locate an adapter! I gave it back after check out.
I didn’t like the mattress, I see it has springs. Thin not comfy compared to other hotels. Did not know we would be charged on the mini bar. There was no sign stating in my room that but when I went to my friend’s room on another floor it had a sign. I requested my friend and I on the same floor but that was not fulfilled. Not sure if the hotel read that request. But I liked the staff !

Great location and good breakfast with lots of options.
Rooftop sky lounge was amazing. Also hotel rooftop pool was great.
Room is old/outdated and smells musty (carpet lots of stains; not sound proof etc.) Mouldy bathroom. Feedback on room not acted on by hotel staff.
Also, the hotel does not offer any option to fill up our water bottles (even though supposed to be environmentally friendly!; Restaurants not filling up bottle).
Breakfast staff and service non existent. Reception staff pretty slow/basic service.

Customer service was exceptional!!
Julianna was very courteous and nice during check in and placed us in a room with a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. The dinning room staff, the rooftop staff were excellent. The facility was beautiful and the entire staff was courteous and nice. The location was excellent.

Amazing location! The room at 24th floor was simply fantastic, and the breakfast at the Rooftop is unparallel. Stunning view from the rooftop, and impecable service.
The pool was very crowded and just a few sunbeds (which were taken by people the whole day from morning), so I couldn't enjoy the sun there.
I had a problem with the room service... they left me without water, and I had to call them several times, until I found a staff at the corridor and she gently gave me some bottles.
