The reception staff were absolutely wonderful and accomodating.
Room was not serviced 2 day of our 4 night stay. We had a leak on our room from the AC - the opened the panel in the ceiling and there was a wire hanging out for 2 days.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, el hotel era el más alto de Copacabana creo yo! La vista del hotel hermosa y la cama de nuestro cuarto enorme!
El hotel lo han renovado pero la primera habitación que nos dieron no estaba bonita, tenía un hoyo en la alfombra y el baño no estaba tan nuevo pero luego que nosotros informamos la jefa de recepción nos ayudó y nos solventaron!
El desayuno no lo variaban mucho así que tú tenías que ingeniar como comer diferente cada día! Sin embargo el sabor de la comida muy rico.

The location is excellent. Waves their beach side restaurant is a good place to eat and relax.
The breakfast management could be better. Spoon, forks and knives are kept in drawers which makes no sense.

I was quite worried about staying here after reading mixed reviews but I need not be concerned, this hotel is fantastic. The staff are exceptional. Rooms are modern and very comfortable especially the pillows. We thought breakfast was fantastic and had plenty of space and variety for all. Of course you can't beat the location. Since this hotel is the best value amongst the higher end hotels on Copacabana it is really excellent value for money.
We loved everything but did comment that the room would benefit with some more hooks. We also expected the bathroom towels to be thicker and a bit softer in such a nice hotel.

Nao! vale o valor que cobram os quartos sao tudo antigo o carpet tem um cheiro de mofo foi o pior hotel que ja fiquei no rio de Janeiro nao recomendo pra niguem estava com meus filhos foi um muito ruin ver a frustaçao deles .sem fala que no nosso primeiro dia tivemos que muda de quarto porque o quarto que eles nos colocaram estava com o sanitario vasando agua no piso do banheiro e deixa tudo cheio de agua.!!! Nao presta

Tinha mofo no banheiro do meu quarto e a porta que dava acesso a varanda não tinha trava. Tive que empurrar a mesa para trancar a porta da varanda pq estava com as minhas filha de 6 anos e a outra de 1 ano e meio.

Banhei com mofo e pera que dava acesso a principal avenida não tinha trava. Empurrei a mesa para poder travar o acesso a porta. Estava com minhas filhas de 6 anos (que sabia como abrir a porta) e minha outra filha de 1 ano e 6 meses

The lobby was nice the room was decent the bathroom was not as expected and the walls of the shower were not clean. The staff was amazing helpful and friendly.
The bathroom needed the most work but I think the hotel could use a bit of an upgrade they sell it as a upscale hotel when it’s not.
