The price was right, and the rooms were basic but comfortable. If you're looking for a decent stay without any luxury, this is a solid place.

Very good option if you have to stay overnight by the airport for connections. Room is small and simple, but it is decent and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was cordial and helpful.
The rate, for Brazilian standards, is comparable to hotels 4 to 5 stars, even though the hotel is 3 to 4 stars. You pay for the convenience of the location (i.e., at the airport).

The staff.
The shower was terrible and cold (see picture) I called the reception to ask how to get the hot water and had no answer! The property is located in a Terminal that it is not in use anymore, so you have to take a transfer to get there, or walk in a pretty shitty alley where I felt very unsafe. I do not considere the hotel to be inside the airport with all the convenience that I thought it would offer! Additionally, because the terminal is not in use, you can not find anything open close to the hotel, the only alternative is to buy water and any other snacks/food in the absurdly expensive hotel restaurant or minibar.. The blanket was terrible.! Honestly it would have been better and a lot cheaper to stay in a nice VIP Lounge!

Pleasant
It is a decent hotel for its purpose. It is conveniently located inside the airport and it was very helpful for my 4 am arrival at the airport. Although located at the domestic terminal they have a shuttle to the international terminal. Restaurant was also decent

Comfortable location near the airport, and they provide a shuttle bus. Good variety at breakfast. It’s a good option just to sleep after a long flight, nothing more.

Walkable from the main terminal. Had a restaurant on site.
Surprisingly inconvenient for a hotel located on site.
Everything on the restaurant menu contained gluten and I am celiac.
Shuttle was difficult to find, so we walked to the terminal 2 and to the Uber pick up area

Disappointing
The location of the hotel in the airport was great since we arrived late at night and the room size was ok
The main problem was the cleanness of the room the bed was humid, the floor and the bathroom were disgusting
