The place to get the transfer was not friendly and we didn’t feel safe.

Walkable from the main terminal. Had a restaurant on site.
Surprisingly inconvenient for a hotel located on site.
Everything on the restaurant menu contained gluten and I am celiac.
Shuttle was difficult to find, so we walked to the terminal 2 and to the Uber pick up area

They offer transportation between terminals
They canceled my room. Before I booked this place, I did my homework by checking their FAQs and their answers. Even though you book through Booking taking into consideration the check-in is until midnight, they responded in their FAQs that we can book the same day and the stay will end the next day morning. I did that, because mi flight arrived at 1am on 2/11 I had to book 2/10, and guess what? I see my phone just heading to Rio and the reservation is CANCELLED. I took the transfer and arrived the hotel, they told me that it was canceled "because reservation wasn't made with our credit cards" which was NOT true, and that the cost will be increased from 90 dollars to over 200 if we wanted to stay through Booking because they had no rooms left. That was ridiculously insane. After that, I had to start looking for hostels around that were 24 hours to welcome us. After like 15 minutes, the Manager talked to us saying "he got us a room" like he was doing me a favor and the cost increase only 5 dollars.
Also, check-in takes forever, the worst check-in process I've ever done.
Let's talk about the room now. Not much to say but that it looked like I was staying at a hospital to take care of my mother. The AC was super cold, we tried to set a nice temperature and it didn't work, so we had to turn it off.

It is located in one of the sketchiest areas of the airport. My daughter referred to the walk from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 as Murder Alley. The rooms are old with no windows. The bed is hard and the AC is loud. And the check-in process took a ridiculously long time.

Convenient location, clean rooms, Quiet
Check-In process was overly complicated. Check-In and Check-Out times are not flexible and do not fit the needs of most travelers. Check-out was complicated, with lineups, just to pay for a water bottle.

If you need a place to sleep in by the airport, this is the spot. They also have breakfast.
Rooms are windowless boxes filled with humidity and no proper air circulation. The noise cancellation of the walls is non existent between the rooms. I felt trapped in my room and couldn't wait to wake up and leave.

The fact that I did not have to stay more than one night
The hotel is old and dirty located in the deactivated terminal of the airport. The room was old, dirty, full of stains on the floor and linen. The toilet and the shower were disgusting. The walls are so thin that we could not sleep listening to the next door neighbor snoring. There were people in and out of the hotel all night so the noise in the hallway did not help us trying to sleep. This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed and it’s ridiculous to think that I paid $150 for this experience.
