The room was nice and clean.
The bathroom was great.
The breakfast service was great.
The staff was nice and helpful.
We didn't get a key to access the actual building for 3 days, and there wasn't anyone on reception to open the main door, so we had to go to Real Palace Hotel and request them to open it every single time we were back to the room.
The air conditioner was weak and took long time to make the room cooler.

Definitely good for money! The facilities were not the best but the room met expectations, location-wise very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very rich breakfast at the hotel, staff also very friendly and helpful. I do recommend if you are not looking for luxury or prime accommodation.
The facilities of the Residential were not the best, but that's understandable based on offer. Also the location, by being in the heart of Copacabana you should also consider the outside noise during the night, both from heavy transit and people coming out from parties.

Good location, only few blocks from the beach. The room was comfortable and clean. Only missing a view. Great breakfast in the morning!
I would have prefer that the room was connected to the hotel. It was in a building next to the hotel.

Everything perfect hot water too a bit of time in shower
Man at desk very pleasant however the young boy wearing the fact mack was a twit. He would not look at me kept staring at the computer screen. Other than that it was great

I liked the large room. The free breakfast had lots of variety. The bed was comfortable and the fitness center at the sister hotel was adequate. The staff was also very helpfully and check in was fast. The free bottles of water were not expected but appreciated.
The pool was out of order for my stay.

You have to check-in in a different hotel in the corner, the receptionist was very rude and CHARGED us to keep the bags while we waited just 1 hour to do the check in. I travel a lot for work and not always arrive in the exact time to check-in and I have n e v e r been charged for this.
