I love the location! I love the workers in the hotel! Breakfast its cool!
On breakfast they dont have vegetables. Wi-Fi in our room was bad. And they should renovate the gym.

The rooms are exactly like in the pictures, staff was very helpful and friendly at all times and the facilities were excellent!
Shower in the room would take too long to get hot, wasting a lot of water.

Great location and amazing breakfast. Shower is spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly.
The bed is horrible, mattress is like a rock and pillows are thin.

the rooms are very different . I stayed in one room where theres no view at all , everything is old , shower you can count the water drops , lots of Maintence issue , beds are so uncomfortable that you cant sleep properly . only good thing is the aircom .

good location, comfortable bed (once we moved to a new room after we complained about the first room they put us in with no windows)
Breakfast was plentiful but very low quality, hotel was packed with people and it was stressful trying to get near the food, some people had to queue up for breakfast in the foyer, the rooftop pool could have been nice but pool tiles looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a long time and every table was littered with good scraps and rubbish that other guests had left behind. We thought this place was very expensive, considering how tired and dirty the place was.

Good location and good value for money. Great breakfast
There was a bad smell in the bathroom which was covered with a strong smell of bleach on the first day, the door handle to the bathroom was also broken

Very Good
Breakfast was very good and amazing how the staff managed to refill the buffet. The hotel was full due to carmeval and thanks to their great work everything was available always. Very good.
All in all good hotel. I would book again.
As everywhere in brazil maintenance is not high on the agenda. We had two rooms all with broken safe and half working air conditions. The gym had also 2 machines not working.
