The hotel is very well located and comfortable. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful with our requests. They also managed to accommodate us for an additional night, which we appreciated.
Although comfortable, the property felt more like a good aparthotel than a four-star hotel, particularly in terms of the views, finishes, and overall quality.
One disappointing incident was that my daughter’s lip liner went missing from our room, and we weren’t able to get an explanation as to what happened.

Room was great but noisy people. Thin walls? 3rd floor.
The gym is sparse - could use more equipment.
Thicker walls.
A NO NOISE policy after 9 pm and before 8 am - our floor was noisy.

A wonderful yet a bit expensive hotel in the heart of Leblon. The neighborhood is relatively safe (also for walking in the evening), has good restaurant options and a beautiful beach, and provides good subway and Uber connections to other parts of Rio. The hotel itself is relatively low key, which we liked. Our room had a nice balcony with one chair, which allowed relaxing after a busy sightseeing schedule. The room was clean and huge, offered ample storage space, excellent lighting, and strong Wifi, and two cans of free water were replenished every day. Breakfast was delicious, and staff in the breakfast room was a delight.
We never saw the Happy Hour, which supposedly was offered every day from 5 to 7 pm. But it wasn’t important to us in any case.

Amazing location with a great lobby/front desk. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Very walkable location with drugstores and restaurants within 1-5 minute walk. We stayed for our honeymoon and they made it special. They lent us a converter for free. There is a washing machine that is also free. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety. Would stay again!

As it is the case with many old hotels in Rio, the prices are absolutely unjustifiable. This is an ok hotel with simple rooms. Location however, is excellent and the staff is professional even though not proactive.
Price vs offer. Simple rooms, towels and sheets of a 3 star hotel.

The bathroom was in terrible shape and the drain was out of order…..this is not acceptable for a fee this high. It’s a shame.

Very well situated, two blocks from the beach, very comfortable apartment room.
Very good breakfast and Promenade hour from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Appetizers, cold drinks and even champagne!
The pool is surrounded by high walls and is not that inviting.

This hotel is in one of the best areas from Leblon, very close to bars and restaurants, on a quiet street, close to the beach, great service and staff. We were given an upgrade which was very appreciated.
I belive pricewise the hotel doesnt offer facilities to match the charged rate.
