Breakfast and the view was excellent.
AC shows temperature but actually it is only on (very cold) or off. There was no way to actually use the thermostat as it supposed to. Also the shower water flow is very inconsistent. Gushed water and it stopped.

The check-in was fast and efficient and it was a short walk from the airport. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet offered a broad selection of fresh, healthy options. The view of Rio de Janeiro from the restaurant was exceptional. Great pool and exercise room

The location is exceptional.
The rooms are good and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and comes with a beautiful view.
There are also some great restaurants in the same building, all offering beautiful views.
The only area that could be improved is the check-in staff, who could be a little more patient and welcoming.
I would also like to give special recognition to a gentleman who I believe may be an outsourced service provider for the hotel—a motorcycle courier. He was absolutely amazing! I had a problem with my suitcase, which had broken, and he went out of his way to help me. He even went to get some glue on his motorcycle to fix it, even though it was not his responsibility at all.
People like him make a real difference. He went above and beyond to help a guest, and I truly believe the hotel should recognize and reward him for his kindness and exceptional service. We need more people like him in the world!
My room was quite far from the elevator leading to the reception area.

Very conveniently located offering easy access to any place in Rio. There is a. Uber lounge almost in the front door of the hotel and also regular cabs. The staff was courteous and helpful.
I have been in this hotel before and I have noticed the wear and tear of the property over the years. Maintenance needs to improve to avoid overall decaying of the facilities.

Hotel corridors look old, central AC not working in the first floor, felt like a bus station. AC in my room was not working properly, the safe was broken, no hot water to shave. They changed my room, AC was leaking… awful experience. Check-in service was bad. Clearly the employee was very unhappy with her job.

Special kudos to Pedro at the front desk. He provided us with excellent service! Great roof deck. Pool, gym, patio and restaurant. Breakfast buffet is generous.
Staff was inconsistent. Some were helpful. Some couldn’t be bothered.
