I founded on booking.com I stayed one night, when it was around 3am in the morning we were about to leave my husband took the elevator with the luggage’s downstairs and he got stuck for 45 minutes on the elevator, and we missed the flight.
It’s old style doesn’t smell fresh at all, don’t it have a small fridge but no cups, not enough blankets, hard bed I don’t like hard bed at all.

Absolutely everything!
The Hotel is amazing we can have a completely privacy and the best part of this Hotel is the STAFF.
Yes they are more than lovely, professional and helpful, they literally take care of us as a member of the family.
We also tried the Spa for two which was absolutely brilliant!
We are really grateful to have this memorable experience. Is with not doble our favourite place in Rio de Janeiro.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Beds were very unconfortable and small. My partner is 1.85m tall and didn't fit the bed.

Very clean, beautiful sight, and the staff are so helpful, and is very quiet all the time so you can relax
Sometimes taxis from app don’t want to go there because is a little bit away from the centres of the city, and yellow taxis end up being expensive

A nice view from the breakfast room, ranging over a large part of the Baia de Guanabara including Rio.

Location, views from the windows, being close to the airport and local neighborhood.
The beds were terrible, like 3-4" thick and hard as a rock. The TV didn't work at all, and the AC barely worked. The blinds are falling apart and bathroom has modly grout. It is very expensive and underwhelming.
Also the spa was overpriced and didn't meet their own standards, the 2 hour spa lasted onlly 1.15 and the massage was only 30 mins of it (supposed to be 1-1.15 itself).

Our beds and the sheets we were provided were full of bugs that bit us at night. When given the chance to move to a different room, that one also had the some bugs. The manager never replied to our requests.
