I Liked the location, the rooms, and rooftop.
Restaurant takes for ever for anything you order from a beer to a sandwich to a full meal.
Staff is nice enough but not super nice, and they take forever to resolve anything you ask. Our safe wasn't working and it took 2 calls 2h apart for them to serolve it. We needed the doors between rooms open and it took 2 calls and going down to the reception, etc.

We loved everything about this hotel. From the friendly and helpful staff to the rooftop pool and super comfy beds. The breakfast a great variety and was delicious.
Maybe coffee in the room? There is only tea..

Location, view, bar staff - Alberto, specifically, breakfast,
Wear and tear in the room. Sockets in the room were in a cupboard, so it was difficult to plug in with an adapter.
I still loved it and would recommend Portobay and return!

There were several maintenance issues during my stay: leaks in the bathroom, malfunctioning of the door lock, desk phone not working, safe in the room stopped working

Great location, marvelous view from roof top pool area. Superb breakfast. Hotel has own guarded part of beach, with great staff there.
Especially Isaias, he went extra mile, always with smile, friendly but respectful, which make you feel really well. Bravo Isaias, people like you make difference ! Keep up! Jan
Just lift capacity, but it is peanuts vs what hotel can offer.

The location was fantastic and the receptionists were very efficient and nice!
I didnt really enjoy breakfastits a little bit poor but it was fresh and good. Also the cleanliness was poor.

The location, breakfast bar, staff, room size, bed size and bathroom size were amazing. Great variety of choices for breakfast with amazing views. Staff was very friendly and made a special gesture for our honeymooon.
Sometimes had to wait a little bit for the lift to come. But everything else was great!
