The location, good breakfast, the pool area was nice but it was raining so we couldn’t really enjoy it.
Even though we were on 11th floor you could hear everything from the street the noise from outside and music from restaurants.Also didn’t like being harassed by ladies outside entrance of building every evening where security should be more stern as many other guests said same to me.
The elevators are small and slow.

Rooftop Pool, nobody cares about things like putting used towels away, also when people block sunbeds, staff do only. one: serve food and drinks, for sure thats money, staff was also not friendly
gym: air condition work only on one side. the only multifunctional machine is in a tight corner that only 1 Person. can use it.
Different prices in online menu and printed one. for sure they charged me the more expensive
Elevators are horrible, so long waiting times and then staff block it sometimes for their one us (even they have searate one). i lived in New York, but thats awful
Room very old furniture and water all the time out of somewhere in bathroom

Great receptionists, Alice was very helpful.
Wasn't offered a water whilst waiting for my room. Other guests where served Champagne.
Could use soundproofing. Noisy guests and staff during cleaning.
Only 2 guest elevators in a 20 floor hotel.

1. The room is no longer new, the renovation is a bit outdated
2. The beach location isn't the best, so place your sun loungers far from the ocean entrance
3. In the room, you could hear the elevator making noises from the hallway, which made it a little difficult to sleep
4. Slow elevators. Had to wait a long time for an elevator

Excellent location. One of the best in Copacabana.
Staff was friendly. Rooftop bar and pool one of the high points of the hotel. Breakfast was super complete.
Downside: only two elevators for 18+ story building.

The hotel was very well located and it was easy to walk around to get to places. The hotel staff made us feel very welcome and at home. Gym facilities is fantastic, located at the top floor with a beautiful view of Copacabana beach. They even provided a water refill station and fresh towels. Great breakfast option with a good variety for everyone.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Service and room cleaning were very poor, the breakfast was disappointing, and even basic facilities like a coffee machine were missing. There was a lot of noise from other rooms, making it feel like you’re not in your own room. Also, it was disappointing that drinking water wasn’t provided for free, unlike most hotels around the world.
I stayed there for five days, and during all five days the room remained full of sand and the sheets were never changed, despite asking the cleaning staff and even giving a tip. Very disappointing!

The location is in front of Copacabana beach. There are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was excellent with good choices of frutis, hot and cold food. The breakfast room has good view of the beach. The staff was friendly. Room size was adequate. The hotel had the service to set up beach chairs on the beach but I did not use the service.
The room was basic.
