Disappointing
It was very easy to find and check in. Nice area for walking around. Staff was friendly.
We were in a tiny room that had no fresh air, only a "window" that opened into the hotel hallway where others walked by. It got very stuffy at night, and the room was very simple. The breakfast was fine but there were many flies and no vegetables.

It's a nice place to have a couple of nights. The rooms are small but comfortable.
The breakfast is huge and with less ta of options.
The window of the room is too close to the corridor. The room has a weird smell when you come in.

You cancelled my booking in the same date as the check in. It was a Friday of Carnival!! My grade is not worse since I already stayed with you before and because I could get another accommodation on time! Please be careful in the future, you really can ruin someone's vacation.

The girl at the reception during the day was lovely and really helpful! Breakfast was also great.
The rooms however were all super mouldy, specially because the AC was completely filled with mould. I was coughing the whole time I stayed in the room.

Its location in Botafogo was very good, close to the beaches of Botafogo and Flamingos and walking distance to Sugar Loaf as well as near a shopping mall with excellent stores and restaurants of different kinds.

the location was top. the mattress was excellent and the bedlinen & towels. although I didn’t use there was a well stocked mini bar. the room was tiny but it served its purpose. the shower had hot and cold water and was powerful ( I traveled a lot in Brazil so this was magic ) . the breakfast was good, supplied me with the fruit I needed.
FYI , a mere observation but not a general complaint. it got kind of noisy in the night. that’s not the fault of the hotel, it’s the guests who need to show respect when they come back tipsy. I did point this out to reception. it would be advisable to let the guests know to be quiet after a certain time. having said that , this is Brazil , they are actually very loud in general.

neighborhood.
Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The facilities were in poor condition, with broken assets throughout the property. The mattress and pillow were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered in a hotel, making it extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The breakfast was another letdown. The food was served cold, regardless of when you arrived, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, there is a serious security concern here. You’re required to leave your room key at the reception every time you leave the building, but the process is disorganized and there are no checks on identity when you return. Each time we came back, we were handed our key by a different person, with no verification of who we were. This lack of security is troubling.
The room acoustics were also problematic. We could clearly hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to relax or get any peace and quiet.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. Between the broken facilities, cold food, security issues, and lack of comfort, it was a very disappointing experience.

Rooms needed a bit more maintenance. The walls were really thin you could here noise from people arriving late from partying and people waking up early for breakfast

Wonderful
The room is quite and clean. The breakfast is real good and looks like the breakfast that you have in your grandma breakfast. The staff is polite and helpful.
The room is little bit tide. The location is good, but the front door is a little bit hide.
