Breakfast and staff. Souza and Sandro at Breakfast are very courteous. Rafael and Marcks at front desk are professional and get things done.
Rooftop is in rennovation and there is constant banging construction sound.

Great location. Helpful staff. Okay breakfast, not amazing.
Room was located near a service lift and was extremely noisy, I was woken in the early hours every night. Could hear the rain dripping again very noisy. Drilling also taking place.

Localização incrível, vista linda da orla do RJ. Vale a pena pegar um quarto com vista para o mar e ver o sol nascer ao menos uma vez.
Hotel antigo, estrutura já bem desgastada: elevadores lentos, armários que não fecham adequadamente, ducha muito fraca no banheiro.
Café da manhã é um caos completo, muito mais gente do que o salão consegue comportar. Falta de tudo nos horários de pico, talheres, pratos, comida...

O colchão é muito ruim , trocamos de quarto mas ainda assim era bastante ruim . Móveis antigos, precisam ser trocados assim como travesseiros . Não é tão próximo ao metro como descrito.

The location was excellent and the staff very polite and kind.
The beds are not comfortable, the hotel is not soundproofed well and you hear everything happening, the bathroom is old and doesn't smells good.

Location excellent. Beds large and comfortable. Frontdesk staff very helpful and spoke English very well.
Room looked like in photo's, but 10 years ago. Cleanliness was average, mainly in bathroom but also big pieces of dust found in both bedrooms. Breakfast items and availability inconsistent.

Location. Size of the room.
Quite old furniture in the bedrooms, no side bad lamps. No luggage services. We had to carry our own luggage up and down. Loud TV on the lounge bar, not matching the ambience. No staff at the breakfast, coffee machine not working properly. Tapioca service not available until late.

Location, staff service and helpfulness.
Breakfast very crowded, the hotel facility is in need of a renovation, and we had to change rooms because of an air conditioner needing repair.

Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. Good location.
The door of the shower didn’t close, there was mold in the bathroom, the bin was occidated, I had a desk but no light close to the desk so impossible to work at night, the bedside table was about to collapse, the melamine coating came of the coffee table.

Streaming tv didnt work. We tried to communicate that to the hotel but they just said they have escalated it, to no avail. So the whole stay we didnt have streaming tv at all.

Mold in shower walls. Small room and tiny bathroom. Flies in the room. Rooftop pool very cold and limy.
