Hotel is way outdated, the facilities are old and need immediate renovations

The staff was amazing, nice lobby, the pool’s lifeguard very nice guy, he found my watch and returned it as soon as he saw me again!
The sink was kind of stuck and the faucets splash all over the bathroom but nothing very important

A very comfortable hotel with beautiful people.. I had a very nice vacation in this wonderful hotel, Emanuela the girl at the front desk gave me an amazing room, with a very nice view, which she told me was her favorite, so i thank her very much? as well as the other guys at the reception, thank you guys, I had a great time and I will definitely come back!! Thank you Peruvian guy at the reception?...what can i say about breakfast;;..excellent!!??

Dear Booking.com,
I am very disappointed with my recent reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room for disabled guests, even though neither I nor my husband requested or need this type of accommodation. The room was extremely small — my husband’s suitcase had to stay on the floor because there was no space — and I had to pay almost R$500 to change rooms. And almost no staff to help with luggages.
This situation was unacceptable and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I request that you review this issue and provide an appropriate solution.

The hotel is right across the street from the Copacabana beach. That made it so easy for us to really enjoy every second we could. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop pool and bar were great
The mattress is my room was a bit hard. Everything else was perfect.

The location is good, staff is very good too. The fridge in our room was not working at first, but they sent a tech right away and fixed the issue. The hotel itself is not new, but it is clean, no smell, rooms are quite large
