Exceptional
The apartment is a jewel. Perfect location, in between Copacabana and Ipanema. We viewed the New Years fireworks from our rooftop veranda.
Very clean, even managed to arrange the cleaning on a day that suited us. Carmem is a great host, friendly and effective.
There could be a Nespresso machine in the apartment, but after all, there is a coffee shop right at the corner.

Very Poor
I did not like anything in this property.
This property is a third grade, 50 years old apartment with broken bathroom, broken beds and useless facilities. Booking.com is cheating by selling this property with such high price. This is not even worth for $50.
Please dont get fooled by the ratings.
The bathroom is 2x2 feet with just drops of water.
Worst property ever stayed.

Can't beat the amount of space for the price and views of the city.
Upstairs sink had a leak. Pigeons live on the roof and pooped all over the pool and rails.

It was difficult to get in contact with the office or the front desk. Multiple times tried to call them or text without an answer as quickly as I would like

Awesome high-end apartment. Private terrace with enough space. The best apartment i had during my 3 month stay in Brazil! Its not the cheapest, but worth if you seek a relaxing stay in Rio!
