This property is in an excellent location. It is right across Copacabana Beach. Highly recommended getting the beach facing rooms.
Since my room was facing Copacabana beach it was quite noisy at night. Things calmed down about midnight.

Very Good
Clean, comfortable with courteous staff and beach and ocean front view. Very good breakfast buffet included.
It is an old hotel with a classic look. It could use some repainting of the rooms and hallways area.

We stayed in winter, summer must be awesome. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Room size is good. Windows are large and you can open them. Looks write onto Copacobana Beach, truly a wonderful location.
The hotel lobby is always cold, and if you prefer fresh air, then this is not your kind of hotel. Lights from the street at night in the room, noise from the street. Thinnest of blankets on the bed. The rooms are old, very old.

The view was epic, the location is prime. The breakfasts were delicious.
They were confused re. our booking at check-in . The curtain let in the light at the sides at night - this was poor for light sleepers like me. The noise from the road was audible. The rooms are very old inside, time for a revamp, two lights in our rooms burned dimly the whole night...
