Ocean Breeze is a short ride away from many areas of interest in Rio de Janiero. We could easily walk to breakfast at a nearby bakery, spend the day sightseeing, dine near the beaches, and then watch foot-volleyball on Copacabana Beach into the cool of the evening.
Our hosts were thoughtful; the apartment is well-kept and clean, and they provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. They also are great communicators who made us feel comfortable and welcomed, before, during, and after our stay.
The elevators can be overloaded. If you have bags, have people ride three or fewer at a time.

Great location. Apartment had everything we needed. Property manager who met us at check in was amazing and very helpful.
Communication with the host in advance of our stay was challenging with responses bordering on rude some of the time. This improved once we were in Rio.

perfect location in Ipanema. Close to the coolest beach part (Posto 8 - Posto 9), cool restaurants and cafes.
the apartment is very clean, safe and confortable.
the attention provided by the host was very helpful, friendly and understanding. she gives very good tips for your trip.
the hot/ cold water should be more regulated. it gets to hot or too cold, takes time to find the balance.
