Rooms are nice and clean. Space is good. The staff is nice.
This is the second time I stayed here and like the first time the alarm went on in the middle of the night for several minutes, robbing me off my sleep. There seems to be an issue with the control of this and ruined my stay. Also the parking garage is very inconveniently located. You have walk around the hotel although here is a backdoor that is locked.

Clean and nice room. Nice view on harbor. Decent breakfast although selections could be a bit more.
No access from Hotel parking directly to hotel. You have to go up and outside and around the hotel to enter. There is not much in the area to do. But it was convenient for us to get to our meeting places.

The hotel was ok, the team at the front office was nice and friendly, although the staffs at the restaurant were rude, especially the one at the counter was rude.
The breakfast was limited, was expecting the breakfast spread would be bigger since the breakfast was combine with both Novotel guest and IBIS next door. Asked for black pepper , was told not available at the hotel.

nothing much - run down Novotel in bad neighborhood
it has seen better days , the staff at the reception struggled with computer problems , check in was felt as 30 minutes , at least she was friendly and trying

The reception team was amazing, they were very friendly and always available to help. In general, the NovoHotel Porto Atlantico experience, without hesitation, is one that I would definitely like to repeat.
