They put me in a room with two beds , even though I asked for just one queen bed. The windows were small for a beachfront hotel. Also, the gym is ridiculously small.

The beds were comfy and the breakfast is amazing. Some indoor games do smaller kids
No ventilator in bathrooms hence there is mold. Furniture old and broken. Cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms could be better. Distance to main attractions in Rio is huge.

Perfect location, beachfront. Staff was helpful and perfect. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, and the bed and pillows were comfy. They provide beach chairs and an umbrella when available.
The pool and pool area wasnt very inspiring. No beach service with a beach vendor.

Location was good and concierges were friendly and willing to help.
Elevators sucked, not all of them work to get to certain floors. Dining room was too small to accommodate all the guests. The person in charge of the dining room makes you stand up and change tables in the middle of your breakfast to accommodate other guests. Some days, housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms properly or doesn’t clean them at all, or do beds but doesn’t clean up bathrooms and some days, they don’t bring up towels. Check-in is slow.

Poor cleaning, the rooms were not cleaned properly. It seemed like they only made the beds, but the bathrooms and floors were not cleaned at all in four days. There was no hand soap; I asked for some once, but they never gave us any.

The food, and the employees at the restaurant were very friendly
One of the employees at the front desk was very rude when I fist came in to check in, sheets were duty with multiple stains of yellow and white. The room had a strong smell of soap that made me sick.

The pool is on the roof so it is a bit exposed to wind. The pool is also quite small.

I like the style in the clean in this of the rooms and the lobby.
What I didn’t like is checking in took over an hour. I stood in line by behind a big group and at no point did any of the staff check in with me or offer me something for my long wait and when I did get to the front they let me stand there for another 10 minutes while the person ran and did something elseuntil I spoke up and said I need to be taken care of. And then when she got back, she gave me attitude.

It's a nice hotel for 2 or 3 nights. It's clean with a tasty breakfast and nice staff. Nice and quiet beach a few steps away.
It's far from the sightseeing places. With traffic it can take 1 hour to the pan de azúcar.
