The room was fantastic, spacious and an amazing view of the beach. Breakfast was the second highlight of the day. It had anything you could possibly want in the morning. The staff was always helpful friendly and energetic. The rooftop pool was my favorite place to hangout besides the beach.
Traffic is bad during peak hours but what can you do.

Random charges (charging us $2 per Nespresso without telling us), breakfast was not great, service at the reception was borderline hostile, the hotel is aging and not well-maintained. The facilities feel old and dated.

breakfast was very tasty, helpful personal, perfect view from the room, very comfortable bads to sleep, easy access to the beach, safe hotel.
1. Terrible noise from the boiler in the courtyard at night in the mountain view room.
2. The hotel or booking service should have warned guests that they would be staying in an accessible room.
I've booked this hotel twice, and both times I was given an accessible room. It's unfair to put people in a small, accessible room without warning. The room was tiny, and the shower stalls were made of thick cardboard, which was unpleasant to the touch. If you don't use them, the floor will get wet.
I might book an accessible room, but I need to know before booking.
3. The towels were gray, not white. Laundromats should use sodium hypochlorite to bleach them. They're terrible.

Everything about my stay was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, my room was always spotless, perfectly organized, and fully replenished every day.
The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how much they cared about my safety.
They warned me about areas and situations to be cautious of in the city, and whenever I called an uber they stayed with me until it arrived. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel safe and well looked after.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. You can tell that everyone here truly understands hospitality and takes great pride in maintaining the hotel’s high standards. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The location was good as it was right on the beach. Sauna was well utilized.
The sauna walls could use some cleaning, looked like some mold was starting to pop up. Staff was a bit sterile- not very warm and friendly like what I am used to in Brazil. The gym is TINY. Much of the hotel is in need of an update.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
The room was extremely small, and there was a lot of noise around it, making it difficult to relax. I asked several times to be moved to a different room, but the staff told me that no other rooms were available.
The food was below average and did not meet my expectations. What surprised me the most was that I was charged BRL 250 for any guest visiting me at the hotel. I travel frequently and stay in hotels all over the world, and I have never experienced such a policy before.
In addition, a receptionist named Vicente was extremely rude and unprofessional during my interactions with him, which made my experience even worse.
Overall, this was not the level of service or hospitality I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel.

We loved the attention of the staff from the front desk to the restaurant area. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was clean as well. We had a great view of Copacabana beach. The rooftop pool was also very nice addition to hangout while the weather was not so ideal to be out at the beach.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent here. I have to say, the staff are some of the best I’ve experienced, even better than some luxury hotels!! They are super friendly, welcoming, always smiling and assisting with anything you may need. They really went above & beyond.
Location is excellent, right on the beach and it felt like a safe area for Copacabana. There are always security at the front of the hotel too.
Great little gym upstairs, with just what you need to get a good workout in on vacation. Wonderful rooftop pool with great views on the rooftop!
Would highly recommend staying here!
