The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was right on the beach .
The rooms were large and comfortable and the food in the restaurant and rooftop bar was excellent.

the room was spacious and comfortable with a decent view of Copacabana beach. The staff were fantastic extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The rooftop bar and swimming-pool had amazing views. The restaurant had very good food. The location was right on the beach
Our room with a view was on a lower floor so the view was not as good as I had hoped

Great hotel with exceptional staff. DANIELLE was exceptional. Helped us call our tour operator when they didn't showed up and gave us great recommendations on the downtown area. Super friendly and helpful and made our stay a great one!

It has a great infinity pool on the roof, overlooking about the best possible view of Copacabana, a Michelin rated restaurant on the ground floor, and free umbrellas and chairs on the beach. And, my room was perfect, with a tremendous marble and glass shower stall. At checkin, they served us Champagne.
I was having such a great time, I can not think of anything.

It might be a bit crowded at checkin but reception staff super friendly + everybody gets a welcome drink. Overall staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was superb and rooms were very good. I am very picky but had no complaints. Excellent value for money.

Staff were great. The rooftop swimming pool/bar was also great. The Italian restaurant downstairs was superb. I was there over Easter and I liked the fact an Easter egg (2 in fact) appeared in my room on Easter Sunday - nice touch.

Location right on Copacabana Beach.
We arrived very early on an overnight flight into Rio; staff gave us our room at 8am. Major plus point.
Roof top terrace and bar has nice views.
Excellent breakfast.
Excellent restaurant.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good quality beds and linen.
Rooms, even with a view of C beach, are a bit soulless.
Downstairs bar is small with no atmosphere.

Breakfast was exceptional. Location is ideal. Room exceeded my expectation. Staff were very attentive and professional. An absolute privilege to have stayed at the Miramar by Windsor Hotel in Copacabana.
