Horrible stay in a very bad unit of this hotel/serviced apartment. The owner doesn't do the minimal maintenance, all plug sockets are broken, wc is broken...other units might be better , the reception staff is nice and the building has a nice cafeteria and restaurant

Good shower, gym is decent
It’s not an hotel and should not be rented out on booking imo. Because it’s not an hotel the checkin is uncomfortable. I was not able to pay with card and had to find a ATM machine. This took quite some time and getting cash is much more expensive adding 20% to the total price. I was supposed to get change at check out but of course there was no money. The room is run down with broken fixtures. Avoid this place.
