The location, very safe and 5 minutes away to both Ipanema and Copabacana beaches, and the apartment itself. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Also the people working in the building were always nice to me.
- I didn't like the fact that even though I stayed for 18 days, they never came for cleaning or washing the bedsheets, and the apartment has no washing machine. The person who gave me the keys offered me a cleaning around the half of my stay, which I accepted, but nobody ever came. I wrote them asking for it after 10 days of my stay and they said they would reply, but they never did; so the communication with the owner while I was there was bad. Therefore I had to buy cleaning products to keep the apartment decent, and also go to a laundromat to wash towels and bedsheets.
- The Smart TV doesn't work; normal TV is good, but not apps such as Netflix, YouTube or Prime. Also because the Internet connection was poor

Amazing location and pretty comfy apartment.
The problem is it’s very hot and stuffy in the bedroom even with the AC on (it’s a weird old one so it doesn’t help much).
Also there was no soap or anything like that in the apartment. I let the host know but they just said “there is” and when I double checked and confirmed that there isn’t they didn’t reply or bring any.
Other than that the place was nice and clean

The apartment was nice and very modern. We liked the hammock. Our stay was very pleasent. The place is safe and quiet. Is rather small so is recomended for couple or couple with kid. It is administered by the company. The people who contacted us were helpful. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in.
Complicated payment method. They don't use card which you put on booking.com. You have to make transfer first for prepayment and second half before arrival.

Very nice, cosy and well equipped Apartment. It was in a safe area just a few meters to the beach. We could Check in earlier and got feedback from the facility management very quickly. The apartment was very clean. There was always a guard at the door which made us feel even safer.
It was really great
The payment process was Not complicated but it felt strange that we Had to do it via the website of the facility management. It would be better to do it simply via the Credit Card on booking

The communication with the staff was “odd” with messages on whatsapp, on booking and also payment outside of booking, which is not nice and had to be done by pix because the paypal didnt work and blocked my credit card. also they didnt leave any water and toilet paper, so you must do some shopping before evening coming in the appartment.

dont listen to the bad reviews or be taken aback by the building itself. This is a great joint. Renovated and well thought out. Great location. I never give reviews but i wanted to let everyone know that there is no issues staying there. and internet was fiine..
