It has very good location, you can walk at night. Its full of bars. You can walk to the beach. You have luggage storage and bathroom post check out. They clean the room every day.
The stairs arent that comfortable when you have to carry up the luggage 3 stores. The room its really tiny and we didnt have a window to the outside.

Actually very good for the standard around Ipanema. One of the cleanest places I've been too. Room 103 was very good gor a couple.

It was easy to check-in. You have to fill in an online check-in application before arriving... then they send you instructions on how to enter the property. I was hesitant at first as there wasn't a physical person at reception, but the instructions were very clear. The location is excellent and safe. There is a small stove, pots and pans, huge fridge, table and chairs... basically everything you need for a home away from home. If they had a dish-drying rack, and some complimentary tea and coffee sachets, that would be good.

Superb location, 10 mins away from the beach and close to restaurants and shops.
Its located in a safe area so you can walk freely even at night, the room is good enough.
No comments it was a very positive experience.

we had a problem the first night with the air conditioner and they quickly solved it changing us to another room.
there was a weird and very loud sound every morning around 6am. probably something of the air conditioner or the kitchen. couldnt find what was it and it normally lasted aroung 40 minutes

At first I was concerned that the reception was not on the premises, but it was easy to keep in touch with the receptionists by WhatsApp. The two people I had exchanges with, Natalia and Beatriz, were consistently extremely helpful. The maid on the premises also did her job very well.

Property has a great location, situated a couple of blocks away from Ipanema and Leblon Beach, and its about a block away from a very well known lagoon called Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. Very convenient and among amazing restaurants and pubs.

Great location, room came with a fully stocked kitchen, and in general the experience was great for the amount of time I was there, especially compared to the cost
It wasn't the end of the world, but not having staff on-site made things a bit complicated. Everything I would usually ask for from the hotel staff (checking into my room, asking for recommendations, asking for a late check-out) had to be done via Whatsapp. It definitely didn't ruin the experience, but make sure to keep in mind that this is more of a half-airbnb/half-hotel type of place, with no formal reception

Location was great - short walk from the beach with many amenities and restaurants closeby. Situated inthe touristy but safer neighbourhood of Ipanema. Good value, for the location.
Sheets could have been slightly cleaner, rooms are a tad old. No reception so check in is over WhatsApp / PayPal - you only ever see the housekeeping staff.
