Easy check in, very quick response on the client service line. Great location, very central and close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops. Very safe area as well.
Ease to leave luggage after check out as well.
The room was overall nice and comfortable however I felt like the level of cleanliness could be improved slightly. Also some things in the apartment such as the curtain rail needed to be fixed as it fell a couple of times during my stay and in the balcony of the room I stayed in there was access to a conduct/engine of something that made a lot of noise when operating. For light sleepers is not the ideal situation as the noise is loud and regular.

The location is very good. The kitchen amenities are good too.
The apartamento is a 3rd floor with no elevators, imposible to mánage with luggage, they tell you so but no idea the stairs were so high.
The water pressure in the bath is so bad.
The besd and pillows very uncondortable
The place to keep the luggage is no safe at all

location was pretty good, a bit off the beach but not too far. i was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews about mold, smells, and noises, but was pleasantly surprised. the only smell i noticed was bleach and cleaning supplies, which isn't a bad thing! school wasn't in session so that wasn't a problem. the bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size. i didn't need the extra bunk bed, it might have been a bit crowded if I'd been with 2-3 other people. overall, good and comfortable room for the price
the walls are thin and the hallways echo. my room was right by the front door to the building. that door opening and closing sounded like it was my door, and voices in the hall sounded like they were in my apartment. it was a bit freaky until I got used to it. luckily, the people in the other apartments didn't come and go too late into the night so i still got a good night's sleep.

Super location close to beach, shops, and amazing restaurants and bars. We felt very safe walking around the area. The units had kitchen area which was an added bonus.

The location is excellent. Close to many things. I feel safe walking in the area. The neighborhood and the facility are well-lit at night. Very clean inside the building as well as my room when I checked in. I like the responsive of the staff via Whatsapp. I like the artwork/decor inside the building. I like that the building is very quiet as well as the neighborhood at night.

Staff was very attentive to our needs and caring about requests. It is also very clean and have wonderful location.
The only comment I have is regarding the apartment I was located (ground floor). It is too close to the entrance and we can hear people entering and leaving when speaking loud.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It had a lovely terrace shaded by a big tree with comfortable table and chairs. Nice area, Walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafes and the beach. The staff were very nice and helpful. Communication with the manager was easy. There is a luggage rack that allows for you to leave your luggage if you arrive too early or leave later than check out time. That was super helpful for us.
Our room was on the fourth floor with a lovely terrace, but if you have mobility issues, be aware. (We were very lucky that the days we arrived and left, there was a staff member who could help us with our luggage.) The kitchenette is very small.

Very Good
It was a well equiped room. Very convenient to restaurants, supermarket, town and beach. Area was residential and quiet. Thanks for wonderful, friendly staff that helped us with heavy suitcases The little balcony gave us a little welcome space outside.
Ooh my word....those stairs to the 4th floor with heavy suitcases. ? The room and kitchen is quite small, but really had everything that you needed.
How about either complimentary tea of coffee in the room....and not just with check-in?

Great location
Staff is very virtual, very cost-driven and not very accomodating.
The place is not perfect ( no hot water, etc…) but charge us for an additionnal towel ( towels were super thin and not thick)
We also could not get later check-out time

Wonderful
The accommodation was very clean and functional - good shower, air conditioning and overall appliance. The bed was comfortable. The best in all is the location, very close to both Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas & Ipanema Beach.
The only thing negative about the accommodation is the lack of elevators. This was previously told before my travel, but nonetheless it could be better.
