Rooms are small
Not any protocol of 4 stars like no one drop your lagguage to your room. And the bad thing after check our my flight was at 2 I requested to just hold my bags for 2 hours they charged for that two hours .

Caesar and the team go above and beyond to take care of the guests. Because of their professional service, I continue to patronize this hotels. I am really looking forward to my next visit. Well done Caesar and team.
They need more evening hours in-house dinning options. The current menu is good but limited.

Not much…. It is an old dilapidated property. Bathroom flush needs push and hold to function. The bidet hose only works for the first time and thereafter did not throughout my stay even after changing my room on my second stay on different floor

Hotel is called OK but was more than OK lol. The reception is really nice and friendly they try to get you into your room as soon as possible. The room was really decent is not fancy but it has your needs. Breakfast was also very nice it can get really busy on the weekend. The eggs some of my favorite. The location is near the metro really convenient you can take to some busy tourist areas like the beach etc.
The location does have a lot of homeless especially at night they don't seem like they will harm you just be aware. The layout of the room can improve it seem almost random how things were placed but not a big deal either.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip.
Staff was super nice and friendly.
Hotel room was clean and organized.
The hotel had a gym and the machines were working!
The hotel room had a very old built-in air conditioner that wasn't working properly.
The room had finger prints on the wall like smudges.

Very convenient location, near subway, VLT tram, tourist landmarks, airport, American consulate.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Great breakfast. Room service is available.
Rooms are clean and safe.
The neighborhood is not the best, but it is not the accommodation's fault. But it is safe at the hotel and it is convenient.

The only think I like was the staff and Location
The room was dirty when I arrived there was hair in the bed, in the bathroom shower too and the mirror was dirty also, the hotel its old at least the room that I have was old the floor was coming out, room was really small too nothing like the pictures. If you’re expecting comfort this is not the place.
