The elevator doesn't work, the pool was dirty and doesn't look like the one in the photo, the room had no window and smelled of mould and was located at -1 of the building where the employees work, the toilet flush didn't work, the attendants were slow, The food and breakfast were bad.

Nice location
Bad service. At least a ten-minute queue for the elevators every hour of the day. No hot water in the shower. Every problem, even the simplest, takes hours to resolve. In short, not recommended.

It was quite clean, it was very beautiful and we were very well served
However, there is no variety in breakfast, the truth is we expected something more, every day it was the same, and they charge an additional amount of money that I suppose is for their safety, but it is not notified and they take time to return it

FIX ELEVATORS, slow and inefficient.
Breakfast - Boring BLAND Basic. weak coffee tasted like muddy water. JUICE SO DILUTED and tasteless. VARIETY -ZERO. Pillows -torned, stuffing falling out, no support. Television - Most channels are not tuned in. Several others are pixelated and rendered useless for viewing. Others have volume and sounds problems, muffled voices and unable to hear what is being said. If you're an english speaking guest, you're in luck - 1 english speaking channel CNN, but the sound is seriously muffled and inaudible, it's impossible to watch. The TV problem is throughout the hotel. Management have clearly chosen the cheap no frills package, and got exactly that. Two visits by a technician to fix TV, proved futile. Care factor was non existent. At check-in l was assigned a room with an unserviceable Air Con. When l called the front desk to have someone come up and look at it, l was told nobody needs to come up because they knew the Air Con in that room was unserviceable. In fact this was extremely annoying and frustrating after having laid out my 2 suitcases and hung my clothes, only to have to repack and moves rooms. Toilet kept blocking even though very little toilet paper was being used. Bathroom fitting such as towel racks are virtually dangling off the wall. Towels are worn out and should have been replaced years ago.Had 2 seperate bookings, and not even the slightest attempt to welcome you. A smiling and welcome face was nowhere to be seen at this reception. Staff seemed uninterested in their roles , and even more uninterested in their guests.The mind boggle when l come to think how is this business still operating. Upper and senior management, l sincerely hope you are listening, as all these service failures squarely rest on you.Management are meant to do exactly that. Manage. Manage. Manage But all l see is mis-management.
