Dirty room with last costumers clothes were under the bed and stink of piss no hot water in shower and noone came to take care of room when i complained and rude employees and i left to another hotel the next day was suppost to be there for a week and still have not received a refund that i had paid in full was the worse place i stayed in my life

Pros: Window blinders. Quite clean. Cons: Not a 4* hotel. No pool (under renovation). Not polite and not english speaking staff (female morning receptionist). Dangerous exposed power cords of a switch (above the fridge). No plugs next to the beds. No vegetables and a toaster in breakfast.

The beds were hard the sheets were stained or torn. The friend that I went with room was filled with water from a dripping AC the sinks were clogged. There was a homeless person stationed in front of the hotel in front of the hotel smelled like pee. Towels in the room look like they've been reused the million times the AC look like it wanted to fall out of the wall. The price for early check-in was extremely expensive $150

The breakfast is only available after 06:45, it should be at least from 06:00. they don’t offer special conditions for regular customers. Pool and fitness are damaged.

Breakfast was very good - this is the only highlight for the property. The room is ok and it shows that is was good in the past, but it seems that the management doesn't care anymore and is just running the property down.
The check-in procedure and the front desk staff were both horrible. They refuse to check anyone in before 2pm and every day between 12pm and 2:30pm, the hotel is full of people with luggage waiting to check-in. This is probably made worse by the fact that the hotel will not hold bags before check-in or after check-out without paying a fee. In thirty years of leisure and business travel, this is the ONLY establishment I have ever come across that does this. The hotel has an award on the wall from 2016 from a booking site. I can attest to the quality in 2016 - I stayed then and customer service and cleanliness was excellent. It is time to take down the award - they have spent the subsequent 8 years running down the property and ensuring they only retain customer facing staff who are unfriendly and unhelpful.

Room was nice size
Check in is 14:00. And I arrived at 19:00 and the room was not ready. I went out and returned at 23:00still was not ready. I had wait until almost 12 for room.

Location and price was nice
We both left with a cough and sore throat from dirty aircon maybe. We hear many other residents coughing as well.
