the location was good
I was given a room with a broken lock,After arriving I spent ONE hour trying to open the door of my room. not even once they offer to change me to another room. The front desk personnel was terrible helping me and even suggest this was my fault because “I was holding the key card too close to my phone” . Two different handyman had to help me to open the door so i could finally enter and got some rest. Every single time i tried to enter my room after the first time i had the exact same problem, meaning i had to go down to the front desk and got help to enter the room. Also, they had only one elevator working and you had to wait for almost 10 min either to go up or down.

Location is very close to the SDU airport. That's all is good about this place.
There are a massive amount of mold in my room, completely unhealthy. It has been there for a long time, by the dimensions and the amount of smell. There was one elevator for more than 15 floors, so it was impossible to get up or down timely. The breakfast was terrible.

Disappointing
Location is good if you want to stay downtown, pretty view from the pool.
Room was moldy, and tight. Bed and bedding were not comfortable at all, very old stuff. AC was super noisy. There was only one elevator working, which was a hustle since it had 19 floors! Decent breakfast but there were eggshells in the omelet, overall weak breakfast.

Disappointing
The only positive thing we can say is that the location was convenient for what we needed to do. Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was disappointing.
The biggest issue started before we even arrived. We messaged ahead to notify the hotel that our flights had changed and that we would be arriving late. Despite providing this notice, the hotel cancelled our reservation on the day of our arrival. Instead of checking in and going to our room after a long day of travel, we were forced to make a new reservation and wait for a room to become available. As a result, we missed the advertised "free" breakfast that we had expected to receive as part of our stay. Once we finally got a room, the experience did not improve. The cleanliness was mediocre at best, with the room feeling only superficially maintained and lacking the level of care we expect from a hotel. To make matters worse, only one elevator was working during our stay. What should have been a quick trip up and down routinely took around 15 minutes because of the constant delays and overcrowding. This became a daily frustration and made simply getting to and from our room unnecessarily time-consuming. Between the reservation being cancelled despite advance notice, the long elevator waits, and the underwhelming cleanliness, this stay was far below expectations. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Please avoid this place. Nothing to like
Nothing to like about this place. It was the worst stay ever. The room was disgusting, and the staff played the blame game with the morning shift instead of sending a proper cleaning crew to thoroughly clean it. The bathroom and toilet were filthy, and the only thing they “fixed” was changing the sheets—though who knows if those were even clean. There was dust everywhere, and the staff took forever to come to the room. I had to call several times before anyone showed up, and even then they only changed the bed and did nothing else. Very unpleasant experience. Please avoid this place if you want a comfortable night in a hotel—your stay could turn into a nightmare, and you might even end up getting sick.
