The staff is fantastic. Helpful and very friendly. The view from the room is wonderful.
The Hotel is worn down. It needs refurbishment and rooms as well as bathrooms must be updated to 2026 standards.

The location was good and convenient. The view from the room was really nice, overlooking Copacabana beach and the Ocean. It was clean and looking quite new.
It felt much more like a 4 star hotel rather than a 5 stars.

The location is perfect
The staff were not “Hilton” standard but probably they just overwhelmed. The room was bit old but still ok. I stayed for 2 nights but they didn’t clean up the room on day 2.

The view from the rooftop restaurant is outstanding and they also have a large hot tub. While updates and renovations are due, the beds are amazing as is the shower. Water pressure is outstanding!
It needs some updating as it has worn after latest renovations

The room was just like the description but the bathroom was kind of needing renovation.
I have not been instructed about the elevators functioning and had to approach the room card after seeing some other guest doing so.

Lovely rooftop pool and great location. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Guliver was lovely during dinner at the restaurant on the 4th floor.
Pool space is a little small. But it was a great stay when the hotel was very busy due to the Rio half marathon.

Loved Lucia. He works as a front desk. He’s a wonderful man and human being. Gave us a great opportunity to have a great vacation. Really really appreciated that man.!!

Luv s was amazing!!! I’ve been recommending that hotel to friends that have gone down there ever since and when we go down again, we will stay there as long as Lucas is there!!

It's so dated and old. The staff is mediocre. The worst hotel of our 2 week trip. The restaurant looked like a sad cafeteria and the food was not good.
