Nothing cause there was a mess up with my reservation and also headoffice did not speak to the hotel about me coming before hand to insure I get a my complimentary presidential suit experience and was met with again just no respect

Loved the breakfast provided, friendly staff who understood and were able to communicate in English. Modern interior with nice clean bathroom ??
Bathroom sink wasn’t working, had to contact the guys several times to fix it. The cleaners do not run a full proper clean up - restock new fresh towels, unclog the clogged sink, left dishes from the previous night in the room after cleaning. It didn’t feel like they cleaned the place…they just did the beds. It’s a distance (40 min drive minimum) from a lot of tourists spots.

The facilities were outstanding, amazing entrance hall, very nice rooftop heated pool with bar.
Bathroom has a lot of space.
Rooms dont have coffee machine nor kettle. Booking conditions are tricky. They promise you early check in and late check out, but it is never available. The credit you have on your stay is not clearly explained. You do not have the option to park the car yourself (valet is mandatory), it takes a lot of time to get your car when you go out. It is also not included in the fee.

Great room service dining.
Located just near the mall.
The shampoo container was empty, containers could be replaced.
Pool located at the roof with nice view the pool itself is small kinda narrow but it's more of a business hotel so its ok.
