They are located in a nice area. Very big and comfortable, especially for a Brazilian standard.
The only thing that bothered us was the fact that the front desk lady told my husband that the parking for my nurse’s motorcycle would be 10 reais an hour. But it ended up being 40 +.
Obs: she stayed just for hour and a half.

The staff was amazing...very friendly even though we didn't know the language. Some did try hard to speak English.
I didn't stay longer, and the weather was not warm enough. Will return in December or January.

Lovely hotel very big and well designed, swimming pool is big, rooms really clean, staff was nice.
Very close to the beach.
Waitresses inside hotel restaurants and room service reception when called from the room phone doesn't speak english or Spanish.
Was hard asking for something or order food.
Housekeeping opened our door at the morning while we were sleeping although we put do not disturb sign.

Everything is clean and asthenic staff really nice
Theres not lot of options on menu on the restaurants located at the hotel, other restaurants you have to drive a few minutes with uber.

The room was excellent, Breakfast was always great. Bread station is well resourced
Going to the tea station for tea. The water at tae station is always a problem , either empty or not hot enough. Tea pots can make things easier.

I absolutely loved the view of the beach from the room. The beach was right across the hotel and easily accessible. The pool and staff were great. The room and surrounds were very clean and pleasant. Great value for money
A restaurant that was open for longer but the opening times of the restaurant and bar are standard times for a hotel. We just wanted to have more fun so did not like that food stopped at 11pm

Very Good
Clean and spacious room, welcoming staff on reception and great breakfast spread. The hotel has loungers on the beach manned by staff just over the road which is much quieter than the beaches of Ipanema / Copacabana.
The location is a little far out from the restaurants and nightlife of Ipanema & Leblon. Cabs are necessary for all trips.

Wonderful
Very comfortable room overlooking the ocean with a balcony which was great. Staff all very helpful. Ate in Shiso and Canto restaurants and both were very good. Pool area fun.
